झारखंड सरकार की वेबसाइट की लांचिंग के बाद अबतक 2545 कंपनियों ने खुद को रजिस्टर कराया, पूर्वी सिंहभूम सबसे आगे

रांची : झारखंड में शिक्षित बेरोजगारों के लिए हेमंत सरकार तत्पर है. सरकार की ओर से स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार मिले, इसके लिए झारखंड सरकार ने कानून बनाया है। सरकार की ओर से http://jharniyojan.jharkhand.gov.in नाम से पोर्टल भी शुरू कर दिया गया है। इस पोर्टल में राज्य में संचालित निजी क्षेत्र की कंपनियां खुद को रजिस्टर कर रही हैं। वेबसाइट की लांचिंग को लगभग 15 दिन होने जा रहे हैं। इस पोर्टल पर अब तक 2545 कंपनियों ने खुद को रजिस्टर करा लिया है। औसतन पांच से 10 कंपनियां हर दिन रजिस्टर हो रही हैं।

निजी कंपनियों में नौकरी के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू

झारखंड राज्य में संचालित निजी कंपनियों में नौकरी मिल सके इसके लिए प्रक्रिया भी शुरू कर दी गयी है। वेबसाइट पर दी गयी जानकारी के अनुसार रजिस्टर्ड 2545 कंपनियों में काम कर रहे कर्मचारियों की संख्या 972 है। इन कर्मचारियों में झारखंड के कर्मचारियों की संख्या महज 351 है। जबकि झारखंड राज्य के बाहर के कर्मचारियों की संख्या 621 है। श्रम विभाग की ओर से बताया गया कि अभी कंपनियों की रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया चल रही है। इस प्रक्रिया में कंपनियों को ही इस बात की जानकारी देनी है कि उनके यहां किस ग्रेड के कितने कर्मचारी हैं। उनमें कितने लोग झारखंड के हैं और कितने लोग राज्य के बाहर के। रजिस्ट्रेशन के दौरान ऐसा भी देखा जा रहा है कि कई कर्मचारी झारखंड के हैं, पर उनका रेसिडेंट संबंधित डॉक्यूमेंट नहीं होने की वजह से उन्हें झारखंड के बाहर का काउंट किया गया है। इसमें सुधार की प्रक्रिया चल रही है. बहुत जल्द इसमें सुधार की गुंजाइश है.

12 दिनों में कंपनियों के रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने की स्पीड बढ़ी

बताया गया कि बीते 12 दिनों में कंपनियों के रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने की स्पीड सबसे अधिक पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले से कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। यहां से 558 कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। टॉप पांच जिले की बात करें तो पहले नंबर पर पूर्वी सिंहभूम है। यहां से 558 कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। दूसरे नंबर पर धनबाद है। यहां से 235 कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। तीसरे नंबर पर बोकारो है। यहां के 228 कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। चौथे नंबर पर सरायकेला-खरसावां जिला है। यहां से 193 कंपनियों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। पांचवें नंबर पर 169 कंपनियों के साथ राजधानी रांची है और गिरिडीह में 76 लोगों ने अबतक रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है.
