12 अप्रैल से 5 मई तक टीकाकरण का विशेष अभियान: 5 लाख बच्चों को स्कूलों में व ढाई लाख को आगनंबाड़ी केंद्रों में टीके लगाने का लक्ष्य: डीसी

गिरिडीह  (कमलनयन) : भारत में हर साल खसरे की चपेट में आ रहे 27 मिलियन बच्चों को इस जानलेवा बीमारी से निजात दिलाकर देश को खसरा मुक्त कराने की दिशा में भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2023 को खसरा-रुबेला से मुक्त अभियान चलाया जा रहा है. इसके तहत झारखंड में सर्वाधिक प्रभावित गिरिडीह जिला समेत अन्य जिलों में 12 अप्रैल से 5 मई तक अगले पांच सप्ताह तक एमआर खसरा-मिजिल्स, रुबेला, टीकाकरण का विशेष अभियान प्रारम्भ किया गया है. गिरिडीह जिला झारखंड के उन जिलों में शामिल है, जहां वर्ष 2022- 23 में आंकड़ों के मुताबिक देशभर में 40 मासूमों की मौत हुई, जिसमें नौ बच्चे झारखंड के थे, इनमें सर्वाधिक तीन बच्चे गिरिडीह जिले के थे। मासूमों की जीवन रक्षा के लिए सरकार द्वारा चलाये जा रहे खसरा मिजिल्स विशेष टीकाकरण अभियान की शत-प्रतिशत सफलता के लिए गिरिडीह जिला प्रशासन ने आनेवाले 40 दिनों तक स्वास्थ्य सेवा के लिए समर्पित किया है। मंगलवार को अभियान को लेकर जिला समाहरणालय सभागार में मीडिया वर्कशॉप आयोजित किया गया। वर्कशॉप को उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा, सीएस डा. एसपी मिश्र ने संबोधित किया।

प्रखंंड से लेकर जिला स्तर तक मॉनिटरिंग होगी: डीसी

इस दौरान डीसी ने कहा कि खसरा-रुबेला विशेष टीकाकरण अभियान में 2018 से 2020 के बीच 23.2 मिलियन बच्चों को असमय मौतों से रोका जा सका है. उन्होंने कहा कि अभियान की सफलता के लिए मीडिया का सकारात्मक योगदान ,समाजसेवी संस्थाओं,धर्मगुरुओं एवं आमजनों का सहयोग अपेक्षित है. डीसी ने कहा कि मासूमों को असमय मौत से बचानेवाले इस अभियान के सफल संचालन को लेकर जिले भर में 282 टीकाकरण दल गठित कर 6480 टीकाकरण केन्द्र बनाये गये हैं, जिनमें आठ लाख से अधिक बच्चों को स्कूलों, आंगनबाडी केन्द्रों एवं स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में खसरे के टीके दिये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि लगभग 5 लाख बच्चों को स्कूलों में एवं ढाई लाख बच्चों को आगनंबाड़ी केन्द्रों में टीके लगाने का लक्ष्य है. प्रतिदिन कार्य दिक्स में तीस हजार बच्चों को आच्छादित करने का लक्ष्य है. इसके लिए रोजाना प्रखण्ड स्तर से लेकर जिला स्तर पर टीकाकरण की मॉनिटरिंग की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी केन्द्र से  टीकाकरण को लेकर भ्रामक खबरों पर मीडियाकर्मी एंव स्वास्थ्य सेवा से जुड़े लोगों को विशेष सर्तक रहने की जरूरत पर बल दिया।

टीका स्वदेशी-सुरक्षित और प्रभावी: सीएस डा. मिश्रा

सिविल सर्जन डा. एस सी मिश्रा ने कहा कि गिरिडीह जिले में 90,9,953 बच्चों के टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य है. जिन बच्चों को पूर्व में टीका लगाया गया है, उन्हें भी पुनः अभियान के दौरान टीका लगाना है. सीएस ने कहा कि खसरा-रूबेला का टीका सुरक्षित और प्रभावी है. टीकाकरण अभियान की देखरेख यूनिसेफ और विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन द्वारा की जाती है. सीएस ने कहा कि यदा-कदा टीकाकरण के बाद प्रतिकूल असर सामने आते हैं, लेकिन यह सब सामान्य और क्षणिक होती है। यद्यपि टीकाकरण के नियमों के पालन को लेकर मेडिकलकर्मियों व बच्चों के अभिभावकों को भी करने चाहिये। भूखे पेट टीका नहीं लगाना है. असाध्य ऱोगों से ग्रसित को भी डाक्टरी सलाह के बाद ही टीका लगाना चाहिये। सीएस ने कहा कि खसरा-रूबेला का टीका पूर्णतः स्वदेशी व सुरक्षित है. दुनियाभर में अनेक देश भारत में निर्मित खसरा-रूबेला टीके को अपना रहे हैं.

40 दिवसीय टीकाकरण अभियान को लेकर जागरुकता रैली निकली

गिरिडीह जिले में खसरा रुबेला अभियान की शुरुआत 12 अप्रैल से होगी। अभियान की शत-प्रतिशत सफलता के लिए मंगलवार को झंडा मैदान से जागरूकता रैली निकाली गई। रैली में जिले के आला अधिकारियों, स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों, सामाजिक संस्थाओं के सदस्यों व स्कूली बच्चे शामिल हुए। झंडा मैदान से निकाली गई रैली रीतलाल वर्मा चौक, मकतपुर, कालीबाड़ी, टावर चौक होते हुए वापस झंडा मैदान पहुंची। रैली में बीएनएस डीएवी स्कूल, मकतपुर हाई स्कूल, जेसी बोस बालिका उच्च विद्यालय, बंगाली बालिका मध्य विद्यालय, मिर्जा गालिब उर्दू मध्य विद्यालय, कमला नेहरू कन्या मध्य विद्यालय, नेताजी सुभाष मध्य विद्यालय समेत अन्य स्कूलों के बच्चे शामिल हुए।

रोजाना 30 हजार बच्चों का टीकाकरण होगा: डीसी

रैली समापन के बाद झंडा मैदान में पत्रकारों से डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि 12 अप्रैल से शुरू हो रहे अभियान के तहत जिले के 9 लाख बच्चों को खसरा रुबेला टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य है। रोजाना 30 हजार बच्चों का टीकाकरण किया जाएगा. 9 माह से 15 वर्ष के बच्चों को टीका लगाया जाएगा. टीकाकरण पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है. इसे लेकर बच्चों के अभिभावक किसी तरह का भ्रम में नहीं रहे। खसरा जानलेवा बीमारी है. इससे बचने का एकमात्र तरीका टीकाकरण है। मौके पर डीसी के अलावा डीडीसी शशि भूषण मेहरा, अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगड़ा, सिविल सर्जन डॉ. एसपी मिश्रा, डॉ. अशोक कुमार, मोहम्मद डा. आजाद, डीपीएम प्रमिला कुमारी समेत बड़ी संख्या में स्कूली बच्चे मौजूद थे।
