AAP को मिला राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा,TMC-NCP से राष्ट्रीय स्तर का दर्जा छिन गया

नई दिल्ली : केंद्रीय चुनाव आयोग ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) को राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा दे दिया है। वहीं ममता बनर्जी की पार्टी तृणमूल कांग्रेस और शरद पवार की एनसीपी का राष्ट्रीय स्तर का दर्जा छिन गया है। लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (राम विलास पासवान) को नागालैंड में राज्य स्तर की पार्टी का दर्ज़ा मिला। चुनाव आयोग ने 2016 में राष्ट्रीय पार्टी की स्थिति की समीक्षा के नियमों में बदलाव किया है। अब समीक्षा पांच के बजाए 10 साल में किया जाता है।

AAP एनसीपी-टीएमसी व लोजपा के मुकाबले नई पार्टी

हालांकि, किसी भी राष्ट्रीय पार्टी के लिए आवश्यक है कि, उसके उम्मीदवार देश में कम से कम चार से ज्यादा राज्यों में छह फीसद से अधिक मत हासिल करें। साथ ही लोकसभा में उसका प्रतिनिधित्व कम से कम चार सांसदों का हो। चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार, एनसीपी इस समय इसमें से कई मानकों को पूरा नहीं करती। इस वजह से एनसीपी से राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा छिन गया है। लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (राम विलास पासवान) को नागालैंड में राज्य स्तर की पार्टी का दर्जा मिला है। तृणमूल कांग्रेस का बंगाल और त्रिपुरा में राज्य स्तर की पार्टी का दर्जा जारी रहेगा। टिपरा मोथा पार्टी को त्रिपुरा में एक राज्य पार्टी के रूप में मान्यता मिली है। बीआरएस को आंध्र प्रदेश में एक राज्य पार्टी के रूप में अमान्य घोषित किया गया है। आप पार्टी एनसीपी-टीएमसी और लोजपा के मुकाबले नई पार्टी है. मात्र दस साल में आप पार्टी को राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा मिलने से पुरानी पार्टियों को गहरा धक्का लगा है.
