गिरिडीह डीसी ने तिसरी प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय का निरीक्षण किया,अधिकारियों को दिये कई निर्देश

गिरिडीह:  जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने गुरुवार को तिसरी प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय का निरीक्षण किया। डीसी ने प्रखंड और अंचल कार्यालय में किए जानेवाले कार्यों की जांच की और पदाधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को कई आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये। निरीक्षण के दौरान डीसी ने अलग-अलग विभागों को भंडार पंजी, प्राप्त पत्रों की पंजी, निर्गत पंजी, जन आवेदन पत्रों की पंजी, रोकड़ पंजी, लॉग बुक, अग्रिम पंजी, भू-लगान पंजी, दाखिल खारिज, अंकेक्षण पंजी, नीलाम पत्र वाद, प्रधान सहायक का हैंड नोट बुक व भूमि हस्तांतरण, अतिक्रमण, अवैध जमाबंदी, म्यूटेशन, आगत-निर्गत पंजी, नीलाम पत्रवाद, लगान रसीद, मनरेगा व अन्य विकास योजनाओं का निरीक्षण किया।

डीसी ने म्यूटेशन के लम्बित मामले को जल्द पूरा करने का दिया निर्देश

निरीक्षण के क्रम में डीसी ने मॉडल विद्यालय तिसरी का अवलोकन कर वहां संचालित स्मार्ट क्लास के तहत एलईडी टीवी, पठन-पाठन व अन्य सामग्रियों की जानकारी ली तथा अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिया। दहुआताड़ व खिखुरी पंचायत में कुसुम योजना के तहत संचालित सोलर प्लेट तथा लगाए गए आम बागवानी में इंटर क्रॉपिंग का जायजा लिया। इसके अलावा उन्होंने अंचल में म्यूटेशन के लम्बित मामले को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने का निर्देश संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी को दिया। डीसी ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं अंचलाधिकारी से विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी ली तथा आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने जनता दरबार लगाकर आमजनों की शिकायतें भी सुनीं

प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय तिसरी के निरीक्षण के दौरान डीसी ने पदाधिकारियों-कर्मियों की उपस्थिति पंजी की भी जांच की। उपस्थिति पंजी की जांच करते हुए डीसी ने सभी को स-समय कार्यालय आकर कार्य निष्पादन का निर्देश दिया। मौके पर कई लोगों ने अपनी शिकायतें डीसी के समक्ष रखी। लोगों की शिकायतों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए डीसी ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। डीसी ने वहां जनता दरबार लगाकर आमजनों की शिकायतों को सुना तथा त्वरित समाधान को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिया।
