‘द केरला स्टोरी’ फिल्म की रिलीज पर SC का इंकार, हाईकोर्ट जाने की सलाह

नई दिल्ली : रिलीज से पूर्व ‘द केरला स्टोरी’ बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस अदा शर्मा और मेकर्स के लिए बुधवार को बड़ी राहत भरी खबर है। फिल्म की रिलीज पर रोक लगाने वालों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दे दिया है। याचिकाकर्ता की मांग है कि ‘द केरला स्टोरी’ के डिस्क्लेमर में डाला जाए कि यह फिल्म काल्पनिक है। कोर्ट ने जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद और अन्य लोगों द्वारा फिल्म की रिलीज पर रोक लगाने की मांग के लिए दी गई याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से साफ इनकार कर दिया है। इसके साथ ही याचिका को केरल हाईकोर्ट में ले जाने का निर्देश दिया है। ‘द केरला स्टोरी’ फिल्म 5 मई को रिलीज हो रही है।

फिल्म के डिस्क्लेमर में बदलाव की मांग

CJI डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ के सामने एडवोकेट वृंदा ग्रोवर ने कल ही याचिका की तत्काल लिस्टिंग की मांग की थी। फिल्म की रिलीज को चुनौती देने वाली जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद की तरफ से एडवोकेट निजाम पाशा ने याचिका मेंशन की। ग्रोवर की याचिका में फिल्म के डिस्क्लेमर में बदलाव की मांग की गई। याचिका में ये भी कहा गया है कि ये फिल्म पूरी तरह से काल्पनिक है। पाशा की याचिका में फिल्म की रिलीज पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई थी।

5 मई को रिलीज होगी फिल्म
