पहलवानों के यौन शोषण मामले में बृजभूषण के खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस एक्शन में, पर बड़ा सवाल…क्या 15 जून तक होगी गिरफ्तारी?

नई दिल्ली : मोदी सरकार खाप पंचायतों, विपक्ष और पहलवानों के बढ़ते दबाव के आगे विवश नजर आ रही है. शायद इसीलिए दिल्ली पुलिस ने यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों से घिरे भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष और भाजपा सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह पर कार्रवाई का मन बना लिया है. जांच करनेवाली दिल्ली पुलिस ने दावा किया है कि जिन 6 महिला पहलवानों सबूत के तौर पर ऑडियो विजुअल देने को कहा था उसमें से 4 ने अपने आरोपों की पुष्टि के लिए ऑडियो और विजुअल सबूत मुहैया कराए हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस के एक अधिकारी ने पहली घटना का हवाला देते हुए ये दावा किया कि शिकायतकर्ता ने सबूत तो दिए हैं, लेकिन उन सबूतों में उतना दम नहीं हैं कि बृजभूषण के खिलाफ लगाए गए उनके आरोपों का समर्थन कर सके। इसके बावजूद ब्रज भूषण सिंह के खिलाफ महिला पहलवानों के यौन शोषण के केस में दिल्ली पुलिस अब एक्शन में दिख रही है।

भारतीय कुश्ती संघ का चुनाव 4 जुलाई को होगा

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इंटरनेशनल रेफरी जगबीर और फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट से गवाही लेने के बाद अब दिल्ली पुलिस ने 3 देश कजाकिस्तान, मंगोलिया और इंडोनेशिया से जांच में मदद मांगी है। इनके कुश्ती संघों को नोटिस भेजकर उन जगहों की सीसीटीवी फुटेज वाला वीडियो और फोटो देने को कहा है, जहां महिला पहलवानों ने सिंह पर यौन शोषण के आरोप लगाए हैं। पहलवानों ने सिंह पर 2016 और 2022 में मंगोलिया में और 2018 में इंडोनेशिया में गलत तरीके से व्यवहार का आरोप लगाया है। इससे पहले दिल्ली पुलिस ने 2 महिला पहलवानों को नोटिस भेजकर यौन शोषण के फोटो, ऑडियो और वीडियो सबूत मांगे हैं। इसी बीच सोमवार शाम को खबर आई की भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के चुनाव 4 जुलाई को होंगे। चुनाव के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर हाईकोर्ट के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस महेश मित्तल कुमार को रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर नियुक्त किया गया है।

15 जून से आंदोलन करने पर अड़े पहलवान

बता दें कि पहलवानों से मीटिंग में खेल मंत्री ने 30 जून तक चुनाव कराने का भरोसा दिया था। बृजभूषण शरण सिंह यह चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकेंगे। वे लगातार तीन बार फेडरेशन अध्यक्ष रहे, इसलिए फेडरेशन के रूल के अनुसार वे किसी भी पद के लिए अब चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकते हैं। इधर, विनेश फोगाट ने कहा है कि वो खेलमंत्री के कथन अनुसार अब चार्जशीट का इंतजार कर रही है। अगर उसके बाद भी बृजभूषण पर कठोर कार्रवाई नहीं होती है, तो 15 जून को मीटिंग कर अगले दिन के आंदोलन का फैसला कर इसका ऐलान कर दिया जाएगा। अगर सरकार हमें दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर धरना शुरू करने का इजाजत नहीं देगी तो, हम रामलीला मैदान या फिर किसी अन्य जगह पर फिर से आंदोलन शुरू कर देंगे।
