खलारी: अंचल कार्यालय ने बेच डाली शकीना की जमीन, उपायुक्त से किया लिखित शिकायत

खलारी, 13 जून : खलारी अंचल कार्यालय यूं तो अपने विवादित कार्यों के चलते हमेशा चर्चित रहा है और इसके एक से बढ़कर एक कारनामे सामने आते रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में एक और मामला सामने आया है। अंचल कार्यालय के द्वारा किसी और कि जमीन का रशीद किसी और के नाम से काट कर उसका कब्जा दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उक्त मामले में अंचल कार्यालय के किसी अन्य के नाम पर म्यूटेशन कर रसीद निर्गत के बाद पीड़िता ने उपायुक्त रांची को आवेदन भेजकर लिखित शिकायत की है। पीड़िता शकीना खातून पति रबिला अंसारी ने आवेदन में लिखा हैं की खलारी अंचल के मौजा हुटाप के खाता संख्या 51, प्लॉट संख्या 281 में कुल रकबा 2 एकड़ 41 डिसमिल भूमि का लगान रसीद मेरे पूर्वज शेख कासीम अली के नाम निर्गत होता आ रहा है। वर्तमान में भी उक्त भूमि का लगान रसीद वर्ष 2022-23 तक शेख कासीम अली के नाम पर निर्गत है। आगे अंचल कार्यालय के विरुद्ध कतिपय आरपो लगाते हुए लिखा कि मेरी भूमि का बिना दाखिक-खारिज किए खलारी अंचल अधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्या के द्वारा लगान रसीद दिनांक 20 जुलाई 2022 को रसीद संख्या 0057621211 से रकबा 60 डिसमिल भूमि का लगान रशीद अजीजा खातून पिता क्यूम अंसारी एवं दिनांक 28 जुलाई 2022 को रसीद संख्या 0162009375 से रकबा 1 एकड़ भूमि का लगान रशीद शेख सहदुल के नाम पर निर्गत कर दिया गया है। और अब अंचल कार्यालय में कार्यरत लोगों द्वारा साजिश कर कब्जा करवाया जा रहा है। मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक उक्त दोनों लगान रशीद अवैध तरीके से निर्गत हुआ था। मामला उजागर होने के बाद आननफानन में इसे ऑनलाइन से हटा दिया गया है। परंतु भूमि को पूरी तरह विवादित कर दिया गया। अगर इस मामले को जल्द समाधान नही किया गया तो आने वाले दिनों में खूनी संघर्ष की आशंका बनी हुई है।
