झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ व एजेंसी के बीच त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता सफल, एन.के इलेक्ट्रिकल्स प्रबंधन कर्मियों की हकमारी नहीं कर सकता : अजय राय

मधुवन (गिरिडीह) : झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ की ओर से 11 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर बुधवार को मधुबन के पारसनाथ गेस्ट हाउस में हुई त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता में सभी मांगों पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक सहमति बनी। संघ के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय, विद्युत कार्यपालक अभियंता अरविंद कुमार, सहायक अभियंता स्वरूप कुमार बख्शी एवं एन.के इलेक्ट्रिकल्स के प्रबंधक महताब अंसारी वार्ता में शामिल हुए। श्रमिकों के 2018 से लंबित एरियर देने और राज्य सरकार के श्रम विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित मंथली पारिश्रमिक के भुगतान पर सहमति बन गई है. इसके अलावा कई कर्मियों की ओर से कम पैसा देने का आरोप लगाया गया था, इसकी जांच के बाद पूर्ण भुगतान कर देने पर भी सहमति बनी है.

सभी मांगों पर 10 दिन के अंदर कार्रवाई करने पर सहमति बनी

श्री राय ने बताया कि वार्ता के बाद मानव दिवस कर्मियों को मौके पर ही   इपीएफ, ईएसआई व पहचान पत्र उपलब्ध कराई गई है।  सभी कर्मियों को सेफ्टी से संबंधित किट उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी. श्रम विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित छुट्टी हर महीने सभी कर्मियों को दी जाएगी। 1 से 10 तारीख तक मासिक भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा. हाल में एक्सीडेंट में मारे गए कर्मियों के परिजनों को ग्रुप इंश्योरेंस ईएसआई सहित अन्य मिलने वाली सुविधाएं जल्द ही उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।  वार्ता में सहमति बनने के बाद सभी मांगों पर 10 दिन के अंदर कार्रवाई कर दी जाएगी। वार्ता में श्रम विभाग की ओर से समय-समय पर बढ़ने वाले महंगाई भत्ता को ससमय लागू करने और  किसी भी कर्मी को उनके काम के अनुरूप ही काम लिया जाएगा, उन्हें अन्य कामों में नहीं लगाया जाएगा।

जयराम महतो ने अपना पूर्ण सहयोग देने का भरोसा दिलाया

उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी कीमत पर कर्मियों की हकमारी नहीं होने दी जाएगी. ऐसी सूचना मिली तो, संघ उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई से पीछे नहीं हटेगी. हर एरिया बोर्ड एवं ट्रांसमिशन जोन में आपसी समन्वय बैठाकर एजेंसी एवं मानव दिवस कर्मी चलेंगे तो, इसका सकरात्मक प्रभाव विद्युत आपूर्ति को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में भी पड़ेगा। मौके पर समाजसेवी जयराम महतो ने भी अपना पूर्ण सहयोग देने का भरोसा दिलाते हुए कहा कि विपरीत परिस्थितियों में काम करनेवाले  विद्युतकर्मियों को उचित सम्मान मिलना चाहिए।
