सीआईएसफ टीम को मिला मैकलुस्कीगंज में अवैध कोयला खनन का भंडार, पत्र लिखकर ग्रामीण एसपी व सीसीएल प्रबंधन को दिया जानकारी

कोयलांचल क्षेत्र में थम नहीं रहा कोयले का अवैध खनन व कारोबार

डकरा, 14 जून : सीसीएल एनके एरिया में जहां कोयला अवैध खनन में लगे मजदूरों की जान की कोई कीमत नहीं है, वहीं माफिया, नौकरशाह और राजनेताओं के पौ बारह हैं। अवैध खनन में लगे मजदूरों की आये दिन मौत होती रहती है, लेकिन उनके परिजन मृतक के शव पर आंसू के दो बुंद भी नहीं बहा सकते। कोयला उत्खनन में शामिल मजदूरों के परिजनों को इस बात का डर है कि पुलिस प्रशासन को मौत की जानकारी होने पर अवैध खनन के आरोप में पूरा परिवार जेल जा सकता है। यह डर कोयले के अवैध उत्खनन में शामिल माफियाओं ने मजदूरों में पैदा कर रखा है। ताकि वे लोग अपने अधिकार को लेकर विद्रोह न कर दें। चौकाने वाली बात यह है कि मजदूरों को यह नहीं पता कि इस अवैध कारोबार में माफिया, नौकरशाह और राजनेताओं का गठजोड़ शामिल है। कोयलांचल क्षेत्र में बंद खदानों से कोयले के अवैध उत्खनन के दौरान खनन में लगे मजदूरों की मौतों का डर हरपल हर घडी बनी रहती है। बावजूद इसके मजदूर इस खतरनाक काम को इसलिए नहीं छोड़ पा रहे हैं कि उनके पास अपने परिवार को चलाने के लिए और कोई विकल्प नहीं है। अगर कोई इस मजबूरी को जानने की कोशिश करता है तो इन्हें लगता है वह इनके पेट पर लात मारने आया है। ऐसे में वे या तो कन्नी काट लेते हैं या समूह में जमा होकर उनके साथ मारपीट करने पर उतारू हो जाते हैं। ऐसा इसलिए होता है कि अवैध खनन के कारोबार में लगे माफियाओं और उनके गुर्गे मजदूरों को पत्रकारों और समाजसेवियों के खिलाफ भड़काते रहते हैं। उन्हें बताया जाता है कि ये लोग तुम्हारी रोजी रोटी का जरिया बंद करने आये हैं। इधर मैकलुस्कीगंज पुलिस स्टेशन के पास अवैध खनन के मामले को सीआईएसफ द्वारा उजागर करते हुए घटनास्थल के पास से अवैध खनन कर मजदूरों द्वारा निकाला गया लगभग 4 टन कोयला भी बरामद किया है। जिसकी सूचना सीआईएसफ यूनिट के सीनियर कमांडेंट के द्वारा ग्रामीण एसपी एवं सीसीएल प्रबंधन को पत्र लिखकर जानकारी दिया गया है। उन्होंने अवगत कराते हुए लिखा कि मंगलवार की शाम लगभग चार से साढ़े पांच के बीच में सीआईएसफ यूनिट ने गांव धूप टोला मैकलुस्कीगंज पुलिस स्टेशन के पास अवैध खनन को देखा। मौके से अवैध खनन कर मजदूरों द्वारा निकाला गया लगभग 4 टन कोयला भी बरामद किया है। ज्ञातव्य है कि उक्त क्षेत्र सीआईएसफ सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत नहीं आता है। उस एरिया में सीआईएसएफ द्वारा आउटपोस्ट बनाने हेतु उपयुक्त जगह के खोजबीन के दौरान इस घटना को देखा गया जहाँ अवैध खनन कर कोयला एकत्रित किया गया था। इस दौरान मौके पर सीनियर कमांडेंट संदीप कुमार, एस डिप्टी कमांडेंट उपेंद्र, निरीक्षक विकास कुमार एवं एनके चौधरी व क्यूआरटी टीम सहित अन्य सुरक्षाकर्मी के साथ प्रबंधन के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
