खलारी, 29 जून : झारखंड के मुख्य सचिव सुखदेव सिंह ने खलारी प्रखण्ड के मैकलुस्कीगंज क्षेत्र का दौरा किया। वे मैकलुस्कीगंज के डेगाड़ेगी नदी, नकटा पहाड़, सर्व धर्म स्थल सहित कई पुराने अंग्रेज जमाने के हेरिटेज बंगलो को देखा। उन्होंने कहा कि मैकलुस्कीगंज का पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में एक अलग पहचान है। पर्यटकों को ज्यादा से ज्यादा सुविधा मिले, इसके लिए विभाग को और बहुत कुछ करना है। उन्होंने साथ आये पर्यटन विभाग के सचिव मनोज कुमार को आदेश दिया कि मैकलुस्कीगंज में पर्यटकों का रुझान बढ़े इसके लिए एक ब्लू प्रिंट तैयार कर उन्हें दे, जिसपर त्वरित गति से इस क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए काम किया जाएगा। मुख्य सचिव व पर्यटन सचिव का स्वागत मैकलुस्कीगंज के ड्रीम डेस्टिनेशन में खलारी अंचलाधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्य ने किया। इस एक दिवसीय दौरे में मुख्य सचिव के साथ पर्यटन सचिव मनोज कुमार, खलारी डीएसपी अनिमेष नैथानी, इंस्पेक्टर फरीद आलम, मैकलुस्कीगंज थाना प्रभारी राणा जंग बहादुर सिंह, खलारी बीपीओ विनय कुमार गुप्ता मौजूद थे।
