शिक्षिका से अपमानित छात्रा के सुसाइड केस मामले में झारखंड पैरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने बाल संरक्षण आयोग से जांच की मांग की

रांची : झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने झारखंड राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के अध्यक्ष काजल यादव एवं सदस्य उज्जवल तिवारी को पत्र प्रेषित कर इस घटना को गंभीरतापूर्वक लेते हुए एक जांच कमेटी बनाकर मामले की जांच कराने और दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। अपने ईमेल के माध्यम से भेजे गए पत्र में अजय राय ने कहा कि पूरे मामले की लीपापोती की जा रही है, इसलिए इसकी निष्पक्ष जांच जरूरी है.

प्रिंसिपल के खिलाफ सरकार कार्रवाई करे

उल्लेखनीय है कि शिक्षिका से अपमानित होने के बाद धनबाद संत जेवियर्स स्कूल तेतुलमारी की दसवीं की छात्रा उषा कुमारी ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या करने की हृदयविदारक घटना ने सभी लोगों को झकझोर कर रख दिया है। झारखंड पैरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय राय एवं प्रदेश प्रवक्ता संजय सर्राफ ने इस घटना पर दुख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि सिर्फ शिक्षिका सिंधु की गिरफ्तारी से बात नहीं बननेवाली है. ऐसी शिक्षिका को ब्लैक लिस्टेेड किया जाए. उसे नौकरी से भी बर्खास्त किया जाए. राज्य सरकार से इस घटना पर गंभीरतापूर्वक कड़ा कदम उठाते हुए तथा कठोर कार्रवाई करते हुए संत जेवियर्स स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल आर.के. सिंह के खिलाफ भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए.

मां ने शिकायत की तो, प्रिंसिपल ने उषा को टीसी थमा दिया था

उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे निजी स्कूलों की तानाशाही बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। 10वीं की छात्रा उषा कुमारी माथे पर छोटे से बिंदी लगाकर असेंबली में उपस्थित हुई थी। जिसे देखकर शिक्षिका सिंधु भड़क गई और उन्होंने सभी छात्रों के बीच उषा कुमारी को थप्पड़ से मारते हुए कैंपस से बाहर निकाल दिया। उसकी मां द्वारा शिकायत करने पर प्रिंसिपल ने उसे टीसी देकर स्कूल से निष्कासित कर दिया। जिससे आहत होकर छात्रा उषा कुमारी ने भविष्य को अंधकारमय एवं भरी असेंबली में शिक्षिका द्वारा बेइज्जती सहन ना कर पाई एवं आत्महत्या कर ली। मृतका छात्रा ने शिक्षिका के खिलाफ एक सुसाइड नोट भी छोड़ गई है।
