गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के संभावित आगमन को लेकर एक बैठक हुई. बैठक के दौरान कार्यक्रम स्थल पर सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने का निर्णय लिया गया। फिलहाल 19 जुलाई को सीएम के संभावित कार्यक्रम को लेकर गिरिडीह के डुमरी स्थित केबी सहाय उच्च विद्यालय मैदान में कार्यक्रम निर्धारित की गई है। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर सभी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को लेकर बुधवार आज गिरिडीह उपायुक्त ने जिले के सभी विभागों के पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए हैं।
डीसी ने सभी अधिकारियों को दिए कई निर्देश
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभाग के पदाधिकारियों को अपने-अपने विभाग की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित परिसम्पति विवरण, उद्घाटन/शिलान्यास विविध पत्र वितरण तथा स्टॉल से संबंधित विवरणी उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया. इसके साथ ही संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी को कार्यक्रम के दौरान लाभान्वित होनेवाले लाभुकों को समय पर लाने के लिए सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा सभी पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे अपने-अपने विभागों से संबंधित स्टॉल लगाना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। वहीं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, डुमरी व अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, डुमरी को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे डुमरी अनुमंडल क्षेत्र में विधि व्यवस्था संधारण हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

बैठक में उपविकास आयुक्त शशि भूषण मेहरा, आईएएस प्रशिक्षु उत्कर्ष कुमार, अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा, निदेशक जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी विशालदीप खलखो, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी डुमरी, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी रश्मि सिन्हा, जिला परियोजना पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी जेपी मेहरा समेत सभी विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
