डीएवी खलारी में स्वास्थ्य जाँच शिविर का आयोजन

खलारी। डीएवी स्कूल खलारी में सेंट्रल कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड निगमित सामाजिक दायित्व के तहत केंद्रीय अस्पताल डकरा एनके एरिया के द्वारा बच्चों के लिए स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर लगाया गया। इसमें विद्यालय के सभी बच्चों और स्टाफ के स्वास्थ्य की जांच अस्पताल के चिकित्सकों द्वारा की गई साथ ही बच्चों को उचित परामर्श भी दिया गया।

शिविर में केंद्रीय अस्पताल डकरा की डॉ प्रभा कुमारी एवं डॉ राहुल विश्वास ने विद्यार्थियों के स्वास्थ्य की जाँच की जिसमें सर्दी, जुकाम, बुखार, पेट दर्द, सिर दर्द,  रक्तचाप आदि से संबंधित जाँच की गई। चिकित्सकों ने ज्यादातर बच्चों को सामान्य पाया। इस बात पर उन्होंने खुशी भी जाहिर की कि डीएवी स्कूल खलारी में पढ़ने वाले ज्यादातर विद्यार्थियों का स्वास्थ्य अच्छा है । कुछ बच्चों को पेट दर्द की शिकायत मिली। इस पर डॉ प्रभा कुमारी ने कहा कि माता-पिता को बच्चों के खाने पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए। उनको फास्ट फूड, मैगी कुरकुरे, चौमीन , पास्ता आदि से विशेष रूप से बचना चाहिए क्योंकि पेट दर्द की शिकायत ज्यादातर बच्चों की इसी कारण से मिलती है। यह क्षेत्र धूल मिट्टी वाला है इसलिए कुछ बच्चों को एलर्जी की समस्या भी मिली। उन्हें मास्क लगाने धूल मिट्टी से दूर रहने की सलाह दी गई ।

परामर्श कार्यक्रम में डॉ प्रभा कुमारी और डॉ. राहुल विश्वास ने बताया कि परीक्षा के दिनों में बच्चे तनाव से दूर रहें। साथ ही वे योग और ध्यान करें। बच्चों विशेषकर लड़कियों को चाहिए कि वे अपनी माँ से हर समस्या साझा करें। माता-पिता भी अपने बच्चों को सक्षम बनाएँ परंतु अपने सपनों और लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए उन पर जबरदस्ती अपनी जिद ना थोपी जाए। ध्यान दें कि बच्चे अवसाद का शिकार तो नहीं हो रहे हैं।  माता पिता को चाहिए कि वे अपने बच्चों को दोस्त बनाएँ। चिकित्सकों ने बताया कि माता-पिता को चाहिए कि वे अपनी बेटियों को सर्वाइकल कैंसर की दवा अवश्य दिलवाएँ। यह दवा केंद्रीय अस्पताल डकरा में उपलब्ध है। सर्वाइकल कैंसर जो कि तेरह साल से ऊपर की लड़कियों में ज्यादा देखने को मिलता है इसलिए इस उम्र की लड़कियों को दवा की तीन खुराक अवश्य दिलवानी चाहिए। अंत में विद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ कमलेश कुमार ने चिकित्सकों डॉ  प्रभा कुमारी, डॉ राहुल विश्वास, स्टाफ नर्स अनीता टॉपो, लैब टेक्नीशियन सुभाष बेदी और अन्य सहयोगी कर्मियों को शाल ओढ़ाकर एवं स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती के सत्यार्थ प्रकाश की प्रति देकर सम्मानित किया। प्राचार्य ने केंद्रीय अस्पताल के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी का धन्यवाद किया और कहा कि ऐसे शिविर भविष्य में लगते रहने चाहिए जिससे समय-समय पर बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की उचित जाँच होती रहे। इससे पहले विद्यालय पहुँचने पर प्राचार्य ने सभी चिकित्सकों को गुलदस्ता भेंट कर स्वागत किया।
