आवगमन के लिए रोज सैकड़ों ग्रामीण भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं इसी रास्ते को

खलारी। खलारी प्रखंड के हुटाप पंचायत के कई गांव के स्कूली बच्चे जान जोखिम में डाल कर स्कूल जाने को मजबूर हैं इसके लिए उन्हें रोज रेलवे लाइन पार कर आना जाना पड़ता है यही नहीं यहां के ग्रामीण भी इसी रास्ते का इस्तेमाल कर सैकड़ों की संख्या में रोज आना जाना करते हैं। पंचायत के छापर टोला, मुंडा धौड़ा, हुटाप बस्ती आदि ग्राम के बच्चे खलारी के कई स्कूलों में पढ़ने जाने के लिए रोजाना जान जोखिम में डाल कर रेलवे लाइन पार करने को मजबूर हैं। कई बार रेलगाड़ीयों के आवागमन पर लाइन व्यस्त होने के कारण इन्हें कुछ समय या घण्टों इंतजार करना पड़ता है। यहाँ के ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि बच्चों को स्कूल, ग्रमीणों को मुख्य बाजार, साप्ताहिक हाट एवं केडी मार्केट जाने के लिए या तो सोना डूबी नदी या रेलवे लाइन पार करना पड़ता है। बताया की मुख्य पथ काफी घुमावदार है जिससे क्षेत्र का पूरा एक चक्कर लगाना पड़ता है ऐसे में मजबूरी वश यह विकल्प अपनाने को यहां के ग्रामीण मजबूर हैं। उपयुक्त साधन नहीं होने के कारण रेलवे लाइन पार कर आने जाने के अलावा दूसरा विकल्प अपनाना कठिन है इस लिये यह रास्ता चुनने को हम विवश हैं। इस परेशानी से जूझ रहे स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने जनप्रतिनिधियों, सांसद एवं विधायक से रेलवे अंडरपास बनवाने की मांग की है ।
