धनबाद के डीसी ने भू-धंसान क्षेत्रों में गोफ की घटनाओं पर बीसीसीएल से रेस्क्यू टीम को अपग्रेड करने का किया आग्रह

धनबाद : उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी वरुण रंजन ने बुधवार को देर शाम भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड, झरिया पुनर्वास एवं विकास प्राधिकार तथा अंचल अधिकारियों के साथ भूमि हस्तांतरण तथा अग्नि प्रभावित एवं भू-धंसान क्षेत्र में रहनेवाले लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्टिंग को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक के दौरान गोफ की घटनाओं पर चिंता प्रकट करते हुए उपायुक्त ने बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन से इसकी रोकथाम एवं पीड़ित को कैसे राहत प्रदान की जाती है, के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की। साथ ही बीसीसीएल से रेस्क्यू टीम को अपग्रेड करने का अनुरोध किया।

‘सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्ट करने की कार्य योजना तैयार करने की जरूरत’

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अग्नि प्रभावित एवं भू-धंसान क्षेत्र से लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्ट करने के लिए एक विस्तृत कार्य योजना तैयार करनी होगी। जिस प्रभावित का आवास अलॉट हो गया है, उनको प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्ट करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना होगा। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि भूमि हस्तांतरण तथा लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थान पर शिफ्ट करने के लिए प्रति बुधवार को बीसीसीएल, जेआरडीए तथा संबंधित अंचल के अंचल अधिकारी के साथ प्रगति को लेकर समीक्षात्मक बैठक की जाएगी। बैठक में डीसी के अलावा उप विकास आयुक्त शशि प्रकाश सिंह,  डीसीएलआर सतीश चंद्रा, झरिया मास्टर प्लान के महाप्रबंधक डी मित्तल, जेआरडीए के महाप्रबंधक सिविल देवेंद्र महापात्रा, विभिन्न अंचल के अंचल अधिकारी व अन्य लोग मौजूद थे।
