गिरिडीह के पूर्व विधायक शाहाबादी के आवास पर ईडी की कार्रवाई 9 घंटे चली, कई दस्तावेज जब्त

सुुुबह सात बजे से शाम चार बजे तक ईडी की टीम निर्भय शाहाबादी के आवास में डटी रही…आवास में सिर्फ एक मोटी फाइल लेकर घुसी थी टीम पर, जब बाहर निकली तो हर अधिकारी के कंधे पर एक-एक बैग था…ईडी के अधिकारी पूर्व विधायक के भतीजे नीरज शाहाबादी को भी पूछताछ के लिए खोजा,पर वो गिरिडीह से बाहर थे…शराब घोटाले के किंगपिन और जामताड़ा के योगेन्द्र तिवारी, नीरज शाहाबादी और बेटे वैभव शाहाबादी के सिडिकेंट में शामिल होने की बात आई है सामने…ईडी की धमक से भाजपा खेमे में हलचल बढ़ी.

गिरिड़ीह : शराब घोटाले के मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने झारखंड के 32 शराब कारोबार से जुडे लोगों के ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की, जिसमे गिरिडीह के पूर्व भाजपा विधायक निर्भय शाहाबादी की कंपनी पर भी ईडी का चाबूक चला. बुधवार की देर शाम समाप्त हुई कार्रवाई के बाद श्री शाहाबादी के मकतपुर-डॉक्टर लेन रोड स्थित आवास से ईडी टीम की एक महिला समेत पांच अधिकारी बाहर निकले। लगभग 9 घंटे की कार्रवाई के दौरान ईडी की टीम को आखिर क्या मिला,  इसका खुलासा करने से टीम ने मना कर दिया। लेकिन जाने के क्रम में ईडी टीम ने संकेत दिया कि पूर्व  विधायक शाहाबादी के आवास पर ईडी की यह कार्रवाई शराब घोटाले से जुड़ा मामला है। घोटाला किस स्तर पर हुआ, और कितने का हुआ, इसका खुलासा करने से फिलहाल ईडी टीम ने साफ इंकार कर दिया। टीम ने संकेत देते हुए कहा कि घोटाले से जुड़े दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए हैं, जो बेहद ही महत्पूर्ण हैं और अब आगे जांच की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सुबह सात बजे जब ईडी की टीम पूर्व विधायक के आवास में सिर्फ एक मोटी फाइल लेकर घुसी थी पर, जब निकली तो हर अधिकारी के कंधे पर एक-एक बैग था, जिसमें कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज होने का संकेत मिल रहा है.

निर्भय के पुत्र वैभव से भी ईडी ने पूछताछ की

ईडी के पदाधिकारियों की मानें तो करीब नौ घंटे की छापेमारी में पूर्व विधायक शाहाबादी के साथ उनके पुत्र वैभव शाहाबादी से भी आमने-सामने बिठाकर पूछताछ की गई है. पूर्व विधायक के पुत्र के मोबाइल को भी खंगाला गया। ईडी के अधिकारी पूर्व विधायक के भतीजे नीरज शाहाबादी को भी पूछताछ के लिए खोज रहे थे। फिलहाल वो गिरिडीह से बाहर हैं. जिसके कारण उनसे पूछताछ नहीं हो पायी। ईडी सूत्रों के मुताबिक जरूरत पड़ी तो, शाहाबादी के भतीजे नीरज शाहाबादी को ईडी समन देकर पूछताछ के लिए बुला सकती है। शराब घोटाले के किंगपिन और जामताड़ा के योगेन्द्र तिवारी, पूर्व विधायक के भतीजे नीरज शाहाबादी और बेटे वैभव शाहाबादी के सिडिकेंट में शामिल होने की बात सामने आई है। इसका संकेत ईडी के पदाधिकारियों ने भी दिया है।

झारखंड को शराब के धंधे में कई सौ करोड़ का चूना लगाने की शिकायत

दरअसल, 24 अगस्‍त को मुख्‍यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की ईडी के समक्ष पेशी के एक दिन पहले शराब घोटाला मामले में झारखंड के वित्‍त मंत्री रामेश्‍वर उरांव के पुत्र रोहित, शराब के धंधे से जुड़े योगेंद्र तिवारी व प्रेम प्रकाश सहित सहित विभिन्‍न लोगों के रांची, दुमका, धनबाद, जामताड़ा स्थित के ठिकाने पर रेड किया है। इसे छत्‍तीसगढ़ शराब घोटाले के झारखंड कनेक्‍शन के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। छत्‍तीसगढ़ शराब सिंडिकेट द्वारा झारखंड को शराब के धंधे में कई सौ करोड़ का चूना लगाने की शिकायत है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, शराब घोटाले में तीनों की संलिप्‍तता के मद्देनजर यह रेड की गई है। ईडी सूत्रों के अनुसार रामेश्‍वर उरांव के पुत्र रोहित की शराब सिंडिकेट से अच्छे रिश्ते बताए जाते है. उनके पलामू के चियांकी स्थित पै‍तृक आवास, पलामू के होटल और एसबीआई भवन में भी छापेमारी की गई है।

गिरिडीह में ईडी की धमक से भाजपा खेमे में हलचल

बता दें कि शराब सिंडिकेट चलाने वाले योगेंद्र तिवारी के रांची के हरमू हाउसिंग स्थित आवास, दुमका के गिलानपाड़ा चौक स्थित व्यावसायिक कार्यालय, तनिष्क शोरूम, खिजुरिया में तिवारी ऑटोमोबाइल आदि व्‍यावसायिक प्रतिष्‍ठानों पर भी रेड किया गया है। योगेंद्र तिवारी के काम से जुड़े पप्पू शर्मा, अनिल सिंह के अतिरिक्‍त देवघर बीस सूत्री के उपाध्‍यक्ष संजय, अभिषेक झा के ठिकानों पर भी छापेमारी की सूचना है। इधर, निर्भय शाहाबादी के यहां हुई ईडी की छापामारी के बाद रांची स्थित भाजपा मुख्यालय में इसपर कोई कुछ भी कहने से बचने की कोशिश की. लेकिन गिरिडीह के भाजपाई ने इतना भर कहा कि अब देखिए आगे क्या होता है. वैसे गिरिडीह में भाजपा के पूर्व विधायक के यहां ईडी की धमक से सनसनी जरूर फैल गई है. लेकिन अभी कुछ भी कहना मुनासिब नहीं होगा. फिलहाल भाजपा खेमे में अभी हलचल जरूर मच गई है.
