गिरिडीह जिले में पंचायतों के मुखिया के साथ जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम: अगर मुखिया जागरूक है तो, पंचायतवासी आसानी से जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकते हैं : हिमांशु शेखर चौधरी

गिरिडीह:  नगर भवन में शनिवार को राज्य खाद्य आयोग के अध्यक्ष हिमांशु शेखर चौधरी व सदस्य शबाना परवीन की अध्यक्षता में जिले भर की पंचायतों से आए मुखियाओं के साथ संवाद कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। संवाद कार्यक्रम का विधिवत उद्घाटन अध्यक्ष व सदस्य ने दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया। इस दौरान केंद्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर सभी संबंधित मुखियाओं को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये. साथ ही झारखंड राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं के लाभ से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहनेवाले लोगों को जोड़ कर लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा झारखंड राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत मिलने वाले राशन, विद्यालय में मिलने वाले मध्याह्न भोजन, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में मिलने वाली खाद्य सामग्री की सुलभता व अन्य बिंदुओं की जानकारी दी गई।

‘जन संवाद का मकसद…लोगों को जागरूक करना है’

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए झारखंड राज्य खाद्य आयोग के अध्यक्ष हिमांशु शेखर ने कहा कि इस प्रकार के संवाद का आयोजन करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य है,  लोगों को खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के प्रति जागरूक करना है। साथ ही खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम से संबंधित नियमों का आम जनमानस किस प्रकार से लाभ ले सके, या यदि कोई शिकायत है तो, कहां पर और कैसे शिकायत करें एवं कैसे उनका उचित निदान हो, आदि की जानकारी भी दी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि एक मुखिया अपनी पंचायत का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं. अगर मुखिया जागरूक है तो, उस पंचायत के लोग आसानी से सरकार की जन जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ ले सकते हैं। इन्ही सब बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए व राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम-2013 से संबंधित नियमों से आमजन को जागरूक करने के लिए   जिले के सभी पंचायत के मुखियाओं के साथ संवाद का आयोजन किया गया।

आयोग की सदस्य शबाना परवीन ने समस्याओं को सुना

आयोजित संवाद कार्यक्रम में झारखंड राज्य खाद्य आयोग की सदस्य शबाना परवीन ने उपस्थित मुखियाओं से खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम से संबंधित समस्याओं को सुना और उनका उचित समाधान भी बतलाया। साथ ही कार्यक्रम में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम से जुड़ी जनवितरण प्रणाली योजना, मध्याहन भोजन योजना, आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्र, मातृत्व वंदना योजना से जुड़ी जानकारी से संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा दी गयी। कहा गया कि आप सभी अपने समाज को गति प्रदान करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। आप सबकी सक्रियता समाज में होनी चाहिए ताकि समाज में सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं का संचालन सुचारू रूप से हो सकें और लोगों को योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ मिल सकें।

पीडीएस में अनाज कटौती का मामला भी उठा

संवाद कार्यक्रम में पीडीएस में अनाज कटौती का मामला भी उठा. आरोप लगाया गया कि जिले भर में सहायक गोदाम प्रबंधकों और डोर स्टेप डिलेवरी एजेन्ट की मनमानी से अनाज की हेराफेरी होती है. इसकी जांच होनी चाहिये। संवाद कार्यक्रम में अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा,  आईएएस प्रशिक्षु, दीपेश कुमारी, डीएसओ गुलाम शमदानी, डीआरडीए निदेशक, सिविल सर्जन, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, मुखिया संघ के जिला अध्यक्ष भगीरथ मंडल समेत सभी पंचायतों के मुखिया व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मी आदि उपस्थित थे।

राज्य खाद्य आयोग के अध्यक्ष को गिरिडीह पीडीएस संघ ने पांच सूत्री का मांग पत्र सौंपा

फेयर प्राइस डीलर फेडरेशन, गिरिडीह के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने शनिवार को झारखंड राज्य खाद आयोग के अध्यक्ष हिमांशु शेखर चौधरी से मिलकर पीडीएस संचालकों की पांच सूत्री समस्याओं को लेकर मांग पत्र सौंपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में फेयर प्राइस डीलर फेडरेशन के प्रदेश सचिव राजेश कुमार बंसल, जिला उपाध्यक्ष गोपाल साहू, कांग्रेस के वरीय नेता जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी प्रमुख सतीश केडिया, कांग्रेस के जिला प्रवक्ता यश सिन्हा ‘नरेश वर्मा मौजूद थे। इस बाबत प्रदेश सचिव श्री बंसल ने कहा कि मांग पत्र में डीलर और लाभुकों की अत्यंत जरूरी समस्याओं की मांग की गई है, जिसमें प्रमुख रूप से विगत 11 महीने के कोरोना काल में बकाया डीलर मार्जिन मनी का भुगतान सुनिश्चित कराना, ई-पोश मशीन में 2G को परिवर्तन कर 5G सेवा बहाल करने, ई- पोश से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्केल को हटाने, तीन फिसदी अपवाद व्यवस्था लागू करने ताकि किसी भी गरीब का राशन हर माह उठाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित हो सके, एवं राशन वितरण व्यवस्था की समय सीमा 30 दिनों के बजाय 60 दिनों तक सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह किया गया। बताया गया कि सभी बिंदुओं पर अध्यक्ष ने झारखंड राज्य खाद्य आयोग ने चर्चा कर उसे पूरा करने का भरोसा शिष्टमंडल को दिया।
