रांची : झारखंड के सीएम हेमंत सोरेन और ईडी के बीच समन-समन का खेल चल रहा है. आखिर क्या कारण है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाईकोर्ट में शिकायत करने के बावजूद ईडी का समन भेजने का सिलसिला कायम है. ईडी की ओर से अब पांचवां समन जारी किया गया है. ईडी ने उन्हें 4 अक्टूबर को हाजिर होने का निर्देश दिया है. भूमि घोटाले मामले में सीएम को चौथा समन जारी कर ईडी ने उन्हें 23 सितंबर को रांची ऑफिस में पेश होने को कहा था, लेकिन वे हाजिर नहीं हुए.
कब-कब भेजा गया समन…?
बता दें कि सीएम की ओर से ईडी के समन को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गयी थी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर वे हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर चुके हैं और ईडी के समन को निरस्त करने का आग्रह किया है. सीएम को पहली बार समन जारी कर 14 अगस्त को ईडी ने पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था. हाजिर नहीं होने पर दूसरी बार समन जारी किया गया और 24 अगस्त को पेश होने को कहा गया. इस बार भी जब सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ईडी ऑफिस में पूछताछ के लिए नहीं पहुंचे, तो तीसरा समन जारी कर 9 सितंबर को पेश होने के लिए कहा गया. इस बार भी सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ईडी ऑफिस नहीं आए. इसके बाद चौथा समन जारी कर 23 सितंबर को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया था, लेकिन इस बार भी मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ईडी के कार्यालय में नहीं आए.
सीएम हिम्मत दिखाएं…ईडी का सामना करें : भाजपा
सीएम के समन को लेकर सत्ता प्रतिष्ठान में कई तरह की चर्चा है. उधर, भाजपा को सीएम को घेरने का मौका मिल गया है. भाजपा द्वारा बार-बार इस मामले को तूल दिए जाने और मीडिया के सवाल के बाद झामुमो के केंद्रीय महासचिव व प्रवक्ता सुप्रियो भट्टाचार्य ने यह कहकर पल्ला झाड़ लिया है कि इस मामले को लीगल सेल देख रहा है, इसलिए वही जवाब दे सकता है. भाजपा ने कहा है कि सिर्फ ईडी से पूछताछ की प्रक्रिया को अवरुद्ध करने के लिए सीएम सरकारी फंड का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं. बेवजह लाखों रुपए खर्च किये जा रहे हैं. उनमें अगर हिम्मत है तो वे ईडी का सामना करें. क्योंकि पूछताछ के लिए जांच एंजेसियां स्वतंत्र हैं. आखिर उनके पक्ष के दिग्गज वकील महाधिवक्ता क्या कर रहे हैं.
