गिरिडीह : जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष-सह-उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में DMFT की प्रबंधकीय समिति एवं शासी परिषद की बैठक हुई। बैठक में कई बिंदुओं पर चर्चा हुई। साथ ही ट्रस्ट में अब तक प्राप्त राशि एवं व्यय की गयी राशि का ब्योरा पेश किया गया। उपस्थित सदस्यों को खनन से directly एवं indirectly affected क्षेत्रों की जानकारी दी गयी। इसी क्रम में DMFT राशि के समुचित उपयोग के लिए खनिज पदार्थों के परिवहन से संबंधित मार्ग का ब्योरा भी मांगा गया, ताकि प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लिए भी विकास संबंधी कार्य किये जा सके।
प्रखंडवार योजनाओं की स्वीकृत राशि के लिए अनुशंसा का अनुरोध
बैठक में सदस्यों को प्रखंडवार योजनाओं की स्वीकृति हेतु राशि की उपलब्धता के अनुसार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर योजनाओं का अनुशंसा पत्र उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। अध्यक्ष के लिए राशि की उपलब्धता के अनुसार प्राथमिकता के आधार पर योजनाओं का अनुशंसा पत्र उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। उपस्थित सदस्यों को जानकारी दी गयी कि DMFT राशि में से 60 प्रतिशत व्यय उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्र यथा Drinking water Supply, Environment preservation and pollution control, Health care, Education, welfare of women and children, welfare of aged and disabled, skill development, sanitation में करना है तथा शेष 40 प्रतिशत व्यय निम्न प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों यथा physical infrastructure, irrigation, energy and watershed Development, enhancing environmental quality etc में करना है। बताया गया कि योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन ग्राम सभा से पारित होने के उपरांत कराया जाएगा।

बैठक में विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार, विधायक विनोद सिंह, अशोक उपाध्याय, राजकुमार पांडेय, सब्बन खान, दिनेश यादव के अतिरिक्त DFO east & west, सिविल सर्जन एसपी मिश्रा, उप नगर आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, GM, CCL, बनियाडीह, उप निदेशक, खान आदि शामिल थे।
