53 साल पुराने धनबाद की लाइफलाइन बैंकमोड़ फ्लाइओवर से आवाजाही दो माह तक रहेगी बंद

28 पिलर पर टिका है फ्लाइओवर…मरम्मत पर 15.79 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे. बैंकमोड़ साइड से काम शुरू, रेलिंग से झाड़-झंखाड़ हटाये जा रहे हैं. दुर्गापूजा, दीपावली व छठ पर्व मनानेवालों को होगी भारी परेशानी.

 धनबाद : 53 साल पुराने धनबाद की लाइफलाइन बैंकमोड़ फ्लाइओवर अगले दो माह के लिए बंद हो जाएगा. धनबाद के बैंकमोड़-नया बाजार फ्लाइओवर की मरम्मत का काम मंगलवार से शुरू हो गया है. बैंकमोड़ साइड से काम शुरू हुआ है. रेलिंग से झाड़-झंखाड़ हटाये जा रहे हैं. फ्लाइओवर के निचले हिस्से में पिलर की मरम्मत करने के लिए बांस बांधे जा रहे हैं. दीपावली तक फ्लाइओवर के निचले हिस्से में काम होगा. नवंबर के अंतिम सप्ताह से ऊपरी हिस्से का काम होगा. निचले हिस्से में जितने पिलर हैं, उसमें प्लास्टर के साथ केमिकल डालकर उसे मजबूत किया जायेगा.

नवंबर तक फ्लाइओवर के ऊपरी हिस्से का काम होगा

कंपनी के मैनेजर संनजोग गोटीवाला ने बताया कि पुल की स्थिति ठीक नहीं है. फ्लाइओवर का काम शुरू करने से पहले पिलर को मजबूत करना जरूरी है. इसलिए फ्लाइओवर के निचले हिस्से के पिलर को मजबूत किया जा रहा है. बीयरिंग बदलने के लिए फ्लाइओवर को उठाया जायेगा. इस दौरान ट्रैफिक बंद की जायेगी. नवंबर के अंतिम सप्ताह में फ्लाइओवर के ऊपरी हिस्से का काम होगा. लगभग दो माह तक ट्रैफिक बंद करना होगा. इस बीच दुर्गापूजा, दीपावली और छठ पर्व मनानेवालों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ेगा.

पिलरों में आ गया है दरार, झड़ रहा है प्लास्टर

धनबाद की लाइफलाइन बैंकमोड़ फ्लाइओवर की मरम्मत पर 15.79 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे. 28 पिलर पर फ्लाइओवर टिका है. लगभग सभी पिलर की स्थिति काफी खराब है. पिलर में दरार है और प्लास्टर भी टूट कर गिरता है। 70 के दशक में फ्लाइओवर बना था. पहली बार कैंटिलीवर, गार्डर, बीयरिंग का काम होगा. इस दौरान 72 कैंटिलीवर, 90 गाडर व 180 बीयरिंग बदले जायेंगे. जब तक फ्लाइओवर को नहीं उठाया जायेगा, मरम्मत संभव नहीं होगी. फ्लाइओवर कितना मजबूत है, इसके लिए अक्तूबर 2021 में तीन दिनों तक लोड देकर एनडीटी टेस्ट किया गया था. इसमें एक्सपेंशन ज्वाइंट को खराब बताया गया था. रिपोर्ट में कहा गया था कि गार्डर के बीच जब गाड़ी क्रॉस करती है, तो 20 एमएम ज्वाइंट एक्सपेंशन होना चाहिए, लेकिन टेस्टिंग में 150 से 200 एमएम एक्सपेंशन हो रहा है, जो खतरनाक है. बहरहाल, अगले दो माह तक धनबाद के शहरी लोगों को काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है, क्योंकि अभी तक जिला प्रशासन की ओर से ट्रैफिक के लिए कोई वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के लिए रुट तय नहीं किया गया है.
