खलारी। झारखंड राज्य माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ रांची इकाई के द्वारा उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय में योजना मद के 1353 सृजित पदों को गैर योजना मद में तब्दील किए जाने पर ग्रामीण विकास और संसदीय कार्य मंत्री आलमगीर आलम और विधायक शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया है। संघ के महासचिव रविन्द्र प्रसाद सिंह ने कहा की उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालयों के पदों का योजनामद में सृजन होने के कारण एक लंबे अर्से से कार्यरत शिक्षकों एवं कर्मियों के वेतन भुगतान, आवंटन, सेवा संपुष्टि एवं अन्य मामले बहुधा बाधित हुआ करते थे। लेकिन अब गैर योजना मद में पदो के तब्दील होने उक्त समस्याएं दूर होंगी। वहीं संघ के जिला अध्यक्ष सफदर इमाम ने कहा की विधायक शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की सरकारी माध्यमिक शिक्षक एवं अल्पसंख्यक माध्यमिक शिक्षकों की लंबित समस्यायों को समय समय पर निराकरण करने में हमेशा सहयोग करती रही हैं। साथ ही उन्होने इसके लिए विधायक शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की को शिक्षक समुदाय की तरफ से विशेष रूप से आभार प्रकट भी किया। वहीं आभार प्रकट करने वालों में संघ के प्रमंडलीय संयोजक कुर्बान अली, जिला सचिव मुकेश कुमार सिंह, संघ के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष यशवंत विजय उपाध्यक्ष महफिल अंसारी, भावेश महतो, संयुक्त सचिव ज्योति कुमारी, प्रेम साहू, जिला कार्यकारिणी सदस्य सुनीला रोजी बाखला, अभिलाषा कुमारी, मारिया पूनम कुजूर, अनिता कुमारी, तरुण नाग, कोषाध्यक्ष मोहन लाल महतो सहित सरकारी और अल्पसंख्यक विद्यालय के शिक्षक और कर्मी शामिल है।
