चूरी उत्तरी पंचायत में ‘आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार‘ का आयोजन

खलारी। खलारी अंचल अधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्य की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को प्रखंड के चूरी उत्तरी  पंचायत के पंचायत सचिवालय के सामने ‘आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार‘ का आयोजन किया गया।  ‘आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार‘ कार्यक्रम में काफी संख्या में महिला-पुरूष ग्रामीणों ने विभिन्न योजनाओं से संबंधित विभागों के द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं की जानकारी ली एवं समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु आवेदन दिया। इसके साथ ही  सीओ शिशुपाल आर्य सहित उपस्थित अन्य अतिथियों ने संयुक्त रूप से लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण किया। वहीं कार्यक्रम में लोगों ने अपनी समस्याओं से संबंधित कुल 803 आवेदन दिए जिनमें से 614 आवेदनों का निष्पादन तत्काल शिविर में ही कर दिया गया जबकि अन्य आवेदनों को आगे की कारवाई के लिए अग्रसारित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में 01 जाति व 01 आय प्रमाण पत्र लोगों को दिया गया। वहीं 130 लोगों को श्रम कार्ड दिया गया, 15वें वित्त आयोग के तहत 26 नई योजनाएं स्वीकृत की गई। इसके अलावा 50 आयुष्मान कार्ड का वितरण हुआ। वहीं स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में 35 लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की गई। इस दौरान 155 लोगों को कंबल, 233 लोगों को धोती, साड़ी का वितरण किया गया। इसके साथ ही सर्वजन पेंशन के लिए 16 अवदेन, निर्वाचन संबंधित 20 अवोदन, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना के लिए 03 आवेदन, सावित्री बाई फुले योजना के लिए 02 आवेदन, राशन कार्ड सुधार के लिए 25 आवेदन, आधार पंजियन 13 के अलावा   मनरेगा अंतर्गत नए कार्य का आवंटन के लिए 05 आवेदन,  गुरुजी  क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिए 30 आवेदन, जेएसएलपीएस के 58  सहित अन्य विभागों के लिए भी लाभुकों ने आवेदन दिया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से प्रखंड अध्यक्ष कांग्रेस शाबीर अंसारी, भ्रमणशील पशु चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ.प्रतिमा कुमारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी विनय कुमार गुप्ता, प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी आदित्य नाथ झा, प्रखंड समन्वयक असित कुमार, कनीय अभियंता, प्रवीण उरांव, शिक्षा विभाग से मनोज कुमार, बालविकास विभाग से आंगनबाड़ी सेविका सुनीता देवी, रूदन देवी, पेयजल स्वच्छता विभाग से जल सहिया मनिता पाण्डे, प्रधान सहायक बहलु मुंडा, अजित कुमार सिन्हा, मुखिया ललिता देवी, पंचायत समिति सदस्य अंजू देवी, पंचायत सचिव राजेंद्र नायक,ग्राम रोजगार सेवक,मणिलाल उरांव,जेएसएलपीएस से राजू महली,रेखा देवी,पीएमएवाई से किशोर कुमार,बिजली विभाग फ्रांसिस जेबियार कुजूर,वन विभाग से सुनील एक्का,असफाक अंसारी,प्रज्ञा केंद्र संचालक भुगलू कुमार उरांव,मेडिकल टीम से,तब्बू प्रवीण एलटी,ममता कुमारी एएनएम, बिंदु कुमारी सीएचओ,कंप्यूटर संचालक सूरज कुमार,नवीन कुमार,बसंत मुंडा,योगेश प्रसाद योगेश,विजय कुमार गुप्ता,सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
