खलारी। उर्सुलाइन कॉनवेंट स्कूल में गुरूवार को वार्षिक खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप कार्मिक अधिकारी नवनीत शेखर के अलावा विशिष्ट अतिथि कार्मिक अधिकारी आलोक जोजवार, जिप सदस्य सरस्वती देवी, विधायक प्रतिनिधि श्याम सुन्दर सिंह, रामसूरत यादव सहित अन्य उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत में उपस्थित सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत विद्यालय प्राचार्या सिस्टर जयंती ने बुके देकर और शॉल ओढ़ाकर किया। साथ ही विद्यालय में 25 वर्ष योगदान देने पर शिक्षक मुकेश सिंह और मिस अलबिना को मोंमेटो और शॉल ओढ़ाकर मुख्य अतिथि के द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया। जिसके बाद मुख्य अतिथि नवनीत शेखर के द्वारा खेलध्वज फाहराया गया। वहीं विद्यालय के बच्चों द्वारा परेड कर मुख्य अतिथि को सलामी दी गई। जिसके बाद मुख्य अतिथि के द्वारा मशाल जलाई गई औेर विद्यालयों के बच्चों ने शपथ लिया। इस दौरान बच्चों ने एरोबिक्स और कराटे खेल का प्रदर्शन किया। वहीं नन्हे बच्चों के बीच फ्रॉग रेस, बैलुन रेस सहित अन्य खेल स्पर्धाओं का आयोजन हुआ। इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में मुख्य अतिथि नवीनत शेखर ने सभी बच्चों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए खेल की महता को बतलाया। खेल प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्थान पर रहने वालें बच्चों को अतिथियों के द्वारा पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया। पुरे प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान पर संत उर्सला हाउस, द्वितीय स्थान पर फादर जॉन हाउस और तृतीय स्थान पर संत जेवियर हाउस रहा। इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के सभी विद्यार्थियों के अलावा सभी शिक्षक -शिक्षिकाएं उपस्थित थे।
