आसनसोल: रेड लाइट एरिया में देह व्यापार के धंधे में संलिप्त बांग्लादेशी महिला बगैर पासपोर्ट के पहुंची आसनसोल, कोर्ट से नहीं मिली जमानत, 27 दिसंबर को होगी अगली सुनवाई

आसनसोल: (प. बंगाल) : प. बंगाल में बंगलादेशी घुसपैठ बहुत पुराना रोग है. यहां रहने-बसने से लेकर आसनसोल-नियामतपुर में रेड लाइट एरिया में देह व्यापार में भी महिलाओं को धकेला जा रहा है. इस धंधे में बंगलादेशी और स्थानीय महिला-पुरुष की सक्रियता का पता चला है. आसनसोल-नियामतपुर स्थित लच्छीपुर दिशा यौन पल्ली से बरामद हुई आसमा अख्तर द्वारा देह व्यापार की संलिप्तता के मामले में उसे  शुक्रवार को आसनसोल जिला अदालत से जमानत नहीं मिली. इसके पीछे सबसे बड़ी वजह उसका पासपोर्ट नहीं होना था. कोर्ट में पेशी के दौरान अदालत में मामले की सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई में सीजेएम (पश्चिम बर्धमान) ने बांग्लादेशी महिला आसमा अख्तर की बेल पिटीशन यह कहकर रिजेक्ट कर दिया कि आसमा की बेल पिटीशन में उसका पासपोर्ट नहीं है. आसमा पासपोर्ट लेकर नियम-कानून के अनुसार अगर वह भारत में प्रवेश किया है तो उसका पासपोर्ट कहां है? हो सकता है कि आसमा अवैध रूप से बांग्लादेश से भारत पहुंचकर रेड लाइट एरिया पहुंची हो. जहां, वह अवैध रूप से रहकर देह व्यापार कर रही थी, यही नहीं उसके साथ एक और बांग्लादेशी महिला सिउली शेख उर्फ़ रिया को भी यौन पल्ली से गिरफ्तार किया गया है. भरी अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान यह भी आरोप लगे कि आसमा बांग्लादेश से भोली-भाली लड़कियों को अवैध रूप से लाकर आसनसोल रेड लाइट एरिया में देह व्यापार में संलिप्त है.

सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत में कोई दस्तावेज पेेश नहीं किया जा सका

ऐसे कई सवालों को लेकर आसमा की बेल पिटीशन फिलहाल रद्द कर दिया गया और मामले में अगली सुनवाई 27 दिसंबर को होगी. वहीं आसमा के वकील ने अदालत में नियामतपुर पुलिस फाड़ी से दोबारा स्पष्ट रूप से डायरी भेजने व आसमा के साथ उसके जब्त पासपोर्ट व अन्य दस्तावेजों को अदालत में भेजने की मांग की है. बताते चलें कि आसमा 14 दिसंबर को आसमा के पति मोहम्मद साहिन ने कुलटी थाना, नियामतपुर पुलिस फाड़ी व आसनसोल-दुर्गापुर पुलिस कमिश्नर को अपनी पत्नी आसमा को आसनसोल-नियामतपुर रेड लाइट एरिया की महिला दलाल सिउली शेख उर्फ़ रिया के चुंगल से रिहा करवाने के लिये शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी. इसके बाद 15 दिसंबर को पुलिस ने दिशा यौन पल्ली में देर शाम करीब पांच बजे छापेमारी कर सिउली शेख उर्फ़ रिया महिला दलाल के साथ बंगालदेशी नागरिक साहिन की पत्नी आसमा को गिरफ्तार कर आसनसोल जिला अदालत में पेश किया था. पेशगी के दौरान अदालत में हुई मामले की सुनवाई में अदालत ने विदेशी मामले को देखते हुए भारत में अवैध रूप से प्रवेश व टूरिस्ट वीजा पर रेड लाइट में देह व्यापार करने के धंधे को देखते हुए 22 दिसंबर तक जेल कस्टडी दे दी है. सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत का कोई दस्तावेज नहीं पाकर एक बार फिर अदालत ने आसमा का बेल रिजेक्ट कर दिया. आसमा के पति साहिन की अगर माने तो वह दुबई में काम करता था. उसकी गैरमौजूदगी में बांग्लादेश के ढाका में रह रही उसकी पत्नी के ढाका की ही रहने वाली सिउली शेख के साथ दोस्ती हुई. इसके बाद सिउली ने आसमा को भारत में नौकरी दिलवाने का झांसा देकर भारत लाई थी. उसने आसमा को यह भी कहा था कि वह आसमा का भारत का पासपोर्ट बनवा देगी और उसको कनाडा भेजेगी, जहां उसको मोटी रकम मिलेगी. सिउली के झांसे में आकर आसमा हरिदासपुर स्थित भारत और बांग्लादेश सीमा पार कर भारत आई, जहां सीमा पर दोनों के पासपोर्ट की इंट्री भी हुई है. साहिन ने यह भी बताया कि जब वह बांग्लादेश से भारत आसनसोल-नियामतपुर रेड लाइट एरिया पहुंचा, तब वह वहां करीब चार सौ से ज्यादा बांग्लादेशी लड़कियों से मिला जो, बिना पासपोर्ट की रह रही है. उनके पास भारत का पहचान पत्र भी बन चुका है.

नशे में पूरी तरह चूर थी साहिन की पत्नी आसमा

साहिन ने यह भी बताया कि उसकी पत्नी आसमा के भारत के पहचान पत्र और पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिये सारी तैयारियां शुरू हो चुकी थीं. उसने अपनी पत्नी का फोटो एक दलाल को दिखाया और कहा कि वह इस लड़की के साथ जाना चाहता है. दलाल ने बताया कि यह लड़की रेड लाइट में नई आई है. इसके करीबन दस हजार रुपए लगेंगे. साहिन ने दलाल को हां कह दिया और उसने तुरंत दलाल को दस हजार रुपए दे दिये. जिसके बाद वह दलाल साहिन को एक रूम में ले गया, जहां उसकी पत्नी को वह ले आया. साहिन की पत्नी आसमा नशे में पूरी तरह चूर थी. साहिन ने अपनी पत्नी को देख पहचान गया और वह वहां से बाहर निकल गया और सीधे जाकर कुलटी थाना में पुलिस को जानकारी दी. इसके बाद कुलटी थाना व नियामतपुर पुलिस फाड़ी मिलकर दिशा यौन पल्ली में छापेमारी की और महिला दलाल सिउली सहित साहिन की पत्नी आसमा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

अहम सवाल…आसमा को जमानत मिलेगी या फिर होगी जेल

साहिन ने यह भी बताया है कि वह सिउली को बहुत अच्छे से जानता है. सिउली महीने में एक बार बांग्लादेश जाती है और वहां से भोली-भाली लड़कियों को नौकरी दिलवाने का झांसा देकर भारत लाती है और उनको इस देह व्यापार की दुनिया में ढकेल देती है. ऐसे में साहिन ने दुख जताते हुए कहा कि उसके दो छोटे-छोटे बच्चे हैं. वह अपनी मां के लिये रो रहे हैं. अगर पुलिस आसमा के साथ उसके जब्त किये गए पासपोर्ट अदालत में भेज देती तो, आज आसमा को बेल मिल जाती. साहिन ने यह भी कहा कि उसके पास जो पैसे थे, वह पैसे भी अब धीरे-धीरे ख़त्म हो चुके हैं. ऐसे में अब वह 27 दिसंबर तक कहां रहेगा…क्या खाएगा…मुकदमे के लिये वकील की फीस कहां से देगा…? ऐसे कई सारे सवाल उसके सामने मुंह बाए खड़ा है. बहरहाल, अब यह देखना है कि 27 दिसंबर को आसनसोल जिला अदालत आसमा को बेल देगी या फिर उसको एक बार फिर जेल भेज देगी. आसमा और साहिन का बिखरा घर दोबारा बसेगा.
