जेएमएम राज्य के अधिकारी….बीजेपी का दलाल, सीधे साधे लोगों को लूट कर बन रहे मालामाल …..भाग-II

खलारी। यूँ तो बीजेपी के नेता झारखंड में मौजूदा सरकार पर भ्र्ष्टाचार के आरोप लगाने का कोई भी मौका गवाना नहीं चाहते और लगातार भ्र्ष्टाचार को लेकर जेएमएम सरकार पर हमलावर रुख अख्तियार किये रहते हैं वहीं शिर्ष नेता अपने ही प्रखंड स्तरीय नेताओं के करतूतों से अनजान बने रहते हैं। जबकि स्थानीय नेताओं की करतूतों के कारण पूरी पार्टी को कटघरे में खड़ा होना पड़ता है जहाँ कड़वे सवालों के जवाब भी देते नहीं बनता। प्रखंड क्षेत्र में ऐसे ही करतूत में संलिप्त खलारी बीजेपी के एक मोर्चा का पदाधिकारी जो  सीओ और उनके कर्मियों के सिंडिकेट के मार्फ़त स्थानीय लोगों को फंसा कर पैसा ऐठने का खेल खेल रहा है जिसमें खलारी पुलिस भी सहयोग कर रही है। स्थानीय बीजेपी नेता सांसद-विधायक के धौंस पर अंचल कार्यालय में पैठ बनाये हुए है और दलाली करने में मशगूल है।

मामला है खलारी प्रखंड के एक शिक्षक के साथ घटित घटना का। सूत्रों के मुताबिक शिक्षक करीब 60 वर्ष से भी पुराने जमीन पर  मिट्टी के घर में अपने माता पिता और परिवार के साथ रह रहा था जिसे तोड़ कर पक्का मकान बनाने के क्रम में ठीक ढलाई के समय निर्माण कार्य रोक दिया गया जबकि निर्माण कार्य तकरीबन तीन महीने पहले से जारी था। मिट्टी का घर तोड़ते वक्त और न ही तीन महीने से चल रहे निर्माण कार्य के वक्त किसी के द्वारा कोई आपत्ति जताई गई ।  ठीक ढलाई के वक्त निर्माण कार्य रोक दिया गया और ब्लैकमेल करने का कार्य शुरू कर दिया गया।

शिक्षक के दर दर  भटकने के बाद दुबारा निर्माण कार्य शुरू करने पर खलारी थाना प्रभारी के द्वारा एसएसपी का आदेश बताते हुए कार्य रुकवा दिया गया। जब शिक्षक द्वारा आदेश की प्रति, कोई लिखित आदेश या सक्षम न्यायालय के किसी आदेश की प्रति मांगने पर उसके साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया गया और धमकाते हुए उसे सरकारी कार्य मे बाधा उत्पन्न करने को लेकर तथा अन्य केश में अंदर करने की बात कही गई। वहीं सूत्रों से जानकारी मिली कि वही बीजेपी नेता सन्तनु दास को निर्माण कार्य का फोटो भेज रहा है और कार्य थाना प्रभारी के माध्यम से रुकवा रहा है।

• सन्तनु के नाम पर फैलाया जा रहा है भ्रम

इधर भुक्तभोगी ने बताया कि सन्तनु दास से मिलकर जमीन सम्बंधित सभी कागजात दिखाते हुए पूरी जानकारी दी जिसपर सन्तनु दास के तरफ से कोई आपत्ति नहीं जताई गई और निर्माण कार्य पूरा करने को कहा गया। सन्तनु दास से मिलकर अच्छा लगा, वो एक अच्छे और व्यवहारिक इंसान लगे। परन्तु उनके नाम पर यहाँ भ्रम फैलाया जा रहा।

• सन्तनु के अनुमति के बाद थाना और अंचल के दलाल हुए सक्रिय

जानकारी के मुताबिक सन्तनु के अनुमति के बाद दलाल एवं बीजेपी नेता सन्तनु, थाना और सीओ के नाम पर लगातार पैसे की मांग करने लगा। यहाँ तक कि ढलाई के वक्त एक थाना का अधिकारी खर्चा मांगने तक पहुंच गया। बीजेपी नेता अबतक सीओ और अन्य चीजों को लेकर लगभग दश हजार रुपये तक ऐंठ चुका है और लगातार और भी पैसों की मांग करता रहा है। वहीं थाना प्रभारी के नाम पर भी पैसा मांगा गया और पैसों के लिए लगातार दबाव बनाया गया जिससे पुलिस की भूमिका भी संदेहास्पद बनी हुई है। ईधर इस घटना के बाद बीजेपी नेता के करतूतों को लेकर कई तरह के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं
