अध्ययन, कार्य एवं जीवन के बीच संतुलन ही सफलता का नया मंत्र है: डॉ मीरा जैसवाल

आज दिनांक 2 मार्च 2024 को विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के मनोविज्ञान विभाग में व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया। रांची विश्वविद्यालय रांची से आई डॉ मीरा जयसवाल के द्वारा “विश्वविद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के जीवन में अध्ययन, कार्य और सामान्य जीवन के बीच संतुलन की चुनौतियां” विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया गया ।

डॉ जयसवाल ने कहा कि अध्ययन, कार्य एवं जीवन के बीच संतुलन को बनाए रखना आज के दौर में एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है । मोबाइल से दूर रहकर इस चुनौती का सफलतापूर्वक सामना किया जा सकता है। वर्तमान युग डिजिटल एवं अन्य आधुनिक प्रविधि का है। आज के युग में मानसिक अवसाद पारिवारिक परेशानिया तथा आर्थिक संकट से आगे निकलकर आज के युग में सफलता का परचम फराना एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है। जीवन को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी आयामों के बीच संतुलन स्थापित कर उत्तम समय प्रबंधन करने की आवश्यकता है।

समाज विज्ञान संकाय के संकाय अध्यक्ष सह मनोविज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ सादिक रजक ने कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता की। मानव विज्ञान विभाग के प्राध्यापक डॉ विनोद रंजन भी इस अवसर पर अपने विचार रखें। विभागीय प्राध्यापक डॉ अविनाश कुमार आज के कार्यक्रम के आयोजन सचिव थे। अवकाश प्राप्त पूर्व विभाग अध्यक्ष डॉ नामित गुप्ता ने इस अवसर पर धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। आज के व्याख्यान में मनोविज्ञान विभाग एवं मानव विज्ञान विभाग के शिक्षक, शोधार्थी एवं विद्यार्थी अच्छी संख्या में उपस्थित थे।
