खलारी। कोयलांचल के रैयतों एवं विस्थापितों के हक एवं अधिकार दिलाने के लिए लगातार आंदोलन करने और प्रयासरत रहने वाले रैयत विस्थापित मोर्चा पर जितना रैयतों एवं विस्थापितों का विश्वास और भरोसा बढ़ा है उतना ही प्रबंधन को भी भली भांति इस बात का एहसास हो चुका है कि मोर्चा एवं रैयतों को विश्वास में लिए बगैर उत्पादन कठिन ही नहीं आने वाले समय में नामुमकिन भी साबित होगा। वहीं मोर्चा रैयतों और विस्थापितों के बीच अपनी पकड़ तथा प्रबंधन के ऊपर दबाव बनाने में बहुत हद तक सफल भी रही है। यही कारण है कि अब प्रबंधन क्षेत्र में कई कार्यक्रमों व मौकों पर मोर्चा के पदाधिकारियों को पूछना एवं उनके साथ मंच साझा करना शुरू कर दी है। प्रबंधन के ऊपर सबसे बड़ी चुनौती खदानों का विस्तारीकरन को लेकर है जिसमें रैयतों एवं विस्थापितों को विश्वास में लिए बगैर और सन्तुष्ट किये बगैर सम्भव भी नहीं। प्रबंधन,रैयतों और विस्थापितों के बीच का केन्द्र बिंदु बना रैयत विस्थापित मोर्चा समन्वय स्थापित करने में कितना सफल होता है ये आने वाला समय बताएगा। फिलहाल कोयलांचल के रैयतों का भरोसा एवं विश्वास का पर्याय मोर्चा बना हुआ है।
