राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के विद्यार्थियों से लिया गया फीडबैक

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में दिनांक 7 मार्च 2024 को प्रथम समसस्त्र (सत्र 2024-26) के विद्यार्थियों से परिसंभरण (फीडबैक) लिया गया। इस अवसर पर विश्वविद्यालय के आइक्यूएसी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई फीडबैक प्रपत्र सभी विद्यार्थियों में वितरित किया गया। उक्त प्रपत्र के खंड-अ मे 15 प्रश्न और खंड -ब मे 9 बिंदु पर विचार आमंत्रित किए गए हैं । इसमें पठन-पाठन, वर्ग संचालन, पाठ्यक्रम, पुस्तकालय के साथ-साथ विभागीय संरचना आदि से संबंधित बिंदु है। फीडबैक प्रपत्र में सुझाव के लिए भी अलग से एक कॉलम उपलब्ध कराया गया है ।

विद्यार्थियों को फीडबैक के महत्व और इसके विभिन्न बिंदुओं के विषय में बताया गया। आज का फीडबैक ‘ब्लाइंड पद्धति’ से लिया गया जिसमें विद्यार्थियों को अपना नाम या वर्ग क्रमांक का उल्लेख प्रपत्र में नहीं करना होता है। इससे विद्यार्थी निश्चिंत होकर अपने विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति कर पाते हैं। उनमें यह भय नहीं होता है कि कोई अप्रिय, अपितु सच्चाई, के लिखे जाने पर बाद में विभाग के द्वारा किसी प्रकार की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

ज्ञात हो कि नैक मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया में यह एक महत्वपूर्ण गतिविधि माना गया है। राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग नियमित रूप से इस प्रक्रिया का आयोजन करता रहा है।
