भेदभाव रहित समाज से ही राष्ट्र को सशक्त बनाया जा सकता है : डा.बसुंधरा

हजारीबाग। गौतम बुद्ध शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय मुकुंदगंज, हजारीबाग में शनिवार को अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस समारोहपूर्वक मनाया गया। इस दौरान महाविद्यालय की महिला कर्मचारियों ने केक काटकर इस दिवस को सेलिब्रेट किया। मौके पर महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ अरविंद कुमार यादव ने कहा कि आज के समय में महिलाओं ने खुद को बेहद सशक्त बना लिया है। महिलाएं अपने घर गृहस्थी के साथ तमाम क्षेत्रों में पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर चल रहीं हैं। साथ ही घर और वर्कप्लेस दोनों की जिम्मेदारियों को बखूबी निभा रहीं हैं। महिलाएं न सिर्फ घर बल्कि बाहर भी अपनी मौजूदगी से सब बेहतर बना देंती हैं।

समाज को जरूरत है कि वह उनके साथ होने वाले हर भेदभाव को दूर करें और महिला सशक्तीकरण को बढ़ावा दें। महाविद्यालय की आइक्यूएसी समन्वयक डॉ बसुंधरा कुमारी ने कहा कि भेदभाव रहित समाज से ही राष्ट्र को सशक्त बनाया जा सकता है। जिम्मेदारियों के निर्वहन में महिला आज एक कदम आगे चल रहीं हैं। मौके पर महाविद्यालय के सहायक प्राध्यापक सहित बीएड व डीएलएड के प्रशिक्षु उपस्थित थे।
