भाकपा माले लिबरेशन का जन संगठन,“झारखंड निर्माण मजदूर यूनियन” संबंध (ऐक्टू ) जिला इकाई गुमला की बैठक संघ कार्यालय गुमला में कामरेड महेंद्र जंक्शन उरांव की अध्यक्षता और भाकपा माले जिला सचिव कामरेड गजेंद्र सिंह की उपस्थिति में हुई। आज की बैठक में संगठन का विस्तार पर विस्तृत चर्चा के साथ कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच कार्य क्षेत्र का बंटवारा और जिम्मेवारी तय किया गया। प्रभारी जो निम्न है (1 जुगल मुंडा घाघरा प्रखंड में कामकाज देखेंगे 2 रामावतार साहू बसिया प्रखंड 3 हुमायूं साहू घूर्णी देवी सुमित्रा पहन सिसई प्रखंड 4 चेंगरे उरांव बिशनपुर प्रखंड 5 फूलचंद लोहार रायडीह प्रखंड 6 बांधा उरांव, किशोर एक्का 7 विष्णु तूरी चैनपुर प्रखंड 8 संतोषी कुमारी गुमला पश्चिम क्षेत्र 9 लाल लोहार गुमला उत्तरी क्षेत्र 10 प्रमिला देवी गुमला प्रखंड मध्य क्षेत्र 12 अनिमा लकड़ा डुमरी का प्रभार दिया गया।बाकी प्रखंड में झारखंड निर्माण मजदूर यूनियन के जिला अध्यक्ष महेंद्र जंक्शन उरांव कामकाज देखेंगे।

बैठक में झारखंड निर्माण मजदूर यूनियन के जिला अध्यक्ष महेंद्र जंक्शन उरांव ने कहा की जिले के अंदर गरीबों के अधिकारों पर हमले रोज-रोज हो रहे हैं। सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम मजदूरी का भुगतान हो या 8 घंटे समय पर काम हो नियम के अनुसार कार्य नहीं होता है। अधिक समय तक काम कराया जाता है और काम माधुरी का भुगतान किया जाता है जिले में काम के लिए आने वाले मजदूरों को बिना काम के घर लौटना पड़ता है। उन्हें मजदूरी भत्ता सरकार नहीं देती है और कई तरह के मजदूरों के शोषण होते हैं हमारा संगठन किसी भी तरह का शोषण बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा और उनकी लड़ाई को मजबूती के साथ बढ़ाने का काम करेगा। हमारे प्रखंड के प्रभारी साथी अपने प्रखंडों में मजदूरों को संगठित करने का काम करेंगे। मौके पर भाकपामाले के जिला सचिव कामरेड गजनेर सिंह ने कहा कि देश की जनता मजदूर किसान छात्र नौजवान अपने अधिकारों के लिए रोड पर उतरकर अपने अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। केंद्र की सत्ता में मोदी सरकार उनकी नहीं सुन रही है कॉर्पोरेट के पक्ष में काम कर रही है।

इसीलिए 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में मोदी सरकार को हटाकर इंडिया गठबंधन की सरकार को सत्ता में स्थापित करना होगा मोदी की तानाशाही शासन को समाप्त कर लोकतंत्र संविधान को बचाने के लिए आम जनता को आगे आना होगा। हमारी पार्टी और संगठन इंडिया की जीत सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिले में अभियान चलाएंगे।
