पालकोट में हुआ प्रखंड स्तरीय बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर पुस्तकालय का उद्घाटन

पुस्तकालय संचालन हेतु सामूहिक सहभागिता की है आवश्यकता : उपायुक्त

गुमला – जिले में शैक्षणिक सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से जिले भर में प्रखंड स्तरीय पुस्तकालय का उद्घाटन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज सोमवार को पालकोट में प्रखंड स्तरीय पुस्तकालय का उद्घाटन उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के हाथों किया गया। पालकोट स्थित पुस्तकालय का नाम बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर के नाम पर रखा गया।

उक्त पुस्तकालयों में हर एक प्रकार की प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा की पुस्तकों सहित सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई गई है। हजारों की संख्या में विभिन्न विषय की पुस्तके मौजूद है जो किसी भी प्रकार के प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के लिए सहायक सिद्ध होगी। इसके अलावा अच्छी इंटरनेट सुविधा के साथ 10 से अधिक कंप्यूटर भी लगाएं गएं है।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सभी अभियार्थियों से उक्त पुस्तकालय का अधिक से अधिक सदुपयोग करने की अपील की। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा पुस्तकालय भवन निर्माण कर दिया गया है परंतु इसे जीवंत रूप देने की जिम्मेदारी स्थानीय लोगो की होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके अतिरिक्त जिला प्रशासन एवं स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा हर संभव सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।

इससे पूर्व उपायुक्त ने वहां आए विद्यार्थियों एवं अभिभावकों से भी पुस्तकालय में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं को और बेहतर किस प्रकार से बनाया जा सके से संबंधित विषय पर बात चीत की।

विद्यार्थियों ने इस प्रकार के पुस्तकालय के उद्घाटन के लिए उपायुक्त के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि वे इस पुस्तकालय में अवश्य आएंगे एवं अन्य लोगों को भी पुस्तकालय में आने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।
अभिभावकों ने भी कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में इस प्रकार के पुस्तकालय का निर्माण विद्यार्थियों के लिए एक बेहतरीन पहल है वे अपने बच्चों को अवश्य इस विद्यालय में भेजने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस पुस्तकालय में सभी प्रकार के पाठ्यक्रम सहित प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा से संबंधित पुस्तकें उपलब्ध कराई गई है , विद्यार्थी अवश्य इस पुस्तकालय में आएं एवं इसका लाभ लेकर अच्छे भविष्य की तैयारी करें।

इससे पूर्व उपायुक्त सहित अन्य अधिकारियों ने भी पूरे पुस्तकालय का निरीक्षण किया तथा पुस्तकालय में आए विद्यार्थियों से भी सभी ने मुलाकात कर उनके व्यक्तित्व निर्माण हेतु कई महत्वपूर्ण सलाह दिए।

मौके पर एसडीओ बसिया, बीडीओ पालकोट, पंचायत मुखिया सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
