संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के साथ राष्ट्रपति का अपमान है मोदी-भाजपा की पहचान : बंधु तिर्की

लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को भारतरत्न से सम्मानित करने के दौरान उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ एवं प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सहित अन्य लोगों का बैठे रहना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण

रांची : पूर्व मंत्री और झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि देश की लगभग सभी संवैधानिक संस्थाओं को अपमानित करने और अधिकांश पर दबाव कायम करने के बाद मोदी सरकार और भारतीय जनता पार्टी प्रत्यक्ष-अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से न्यायालयों पर भी दबाव डालती रही है. लेकिन दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण स्थिति है कि देश की प्रथम नागरिक राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू द्वारा भाजपा वयोवृद्ध नेता लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को उनके आवास पर भारतरत्न से सम्मानित करने के दौरान भी उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सहित सभी लोग बैठे रहे. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि यह न केवल राष्ट्रपति के सर्वोच्च पद का अपमान है, बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने जानबूझकर देश की आधी आबादी अर्थात महिलाओं के साथ ही आदिवासियों को भी अपमानित किया है और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप में इसे यदि आदिवासियों एवं महिलाओं की प्रताड़ना कहा जाये तो यह गलत नहीं होगा.

पीएम ने सारे डिकोरम को ध्वस्त किया

राजधानी में अपने आवास पर सोमवार को संवाददाताओं से बातचीत करते हुए श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि चुनावी राजनीति एक चीज है, दूसरी तरफ, चुनाव में जीतना और हार जाना या फिर सत्ता में आना-जाना या विपक्ष में रहना दूसरी चीज है. लेकिन इसका प्रभाव यदि राजनीतिक व्यवहार पर पड़ता है तो यह न केवल दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है,  बल्कि लोकतंत्र के लिये भी घातक है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार से देश की चार सुप्रसिद्ध शख्सियतों को राष्ट्रपति भवन में एक दिन पहले ही भारतरत्न से सम्मानित किया गया था, उसी तरह का कार्यक्रम यदि राष्ट्रपति भवन में ही होता और श्री आडवाणी सम्मानित होते तो यह कहीं अधिक गौरव की बात होती, क्योंकि यह सम्मान देश के सर्वोच्च राष्ट्रपति पद के साथ ही सबसे प्रतिष्ठित राष्ट्रपति भवन से भी जुड़ा हुआ है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि यदि किसी कारण इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन श्री आडवाणी के आवास पर किया भी गया तो वहां सारे डिकोरम को पूरा करना चाहिये था और सम्मानित करने के दौरान उपराष्ट्रपति जगदीप धनखड़ और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के साथ ही सभी लोगों को सम्मान में खड़ा होना चाहिये था. ऐसा करना न केवल भारतरत्न जैसे देश के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान के लिये आवश्यक था बल्कि देश के प्रथम नागरिक राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के सम्मान के लिये भी आवश्यक था. वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि राजनीतिक मर्यादा के पालन को उन्होंने हमेशा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी है और कांग्रेस पार्टी संविधान के मूल्य-मर्यादा को कायम रखने के प्रति पूरी तरह वचनबद्ध है.
