रामनवमी, चैती छठ, ईद एवं सरहुल को देखते हुए नगर निगम हजारीबाग द्वारा QRT टीम गठित की गई

हजारीबाग नगर आयुक्त ने इस माह में होने वाले रामनवमी , ईद, चैती छठ एवं सरहुल पर्व को देखते हुए निगम के पदाधिकारियों ,जमादार के साथ बैठक की।इसमें उप नगर आयुक्त ज्योति सिंह, सहायक नगर आयुक्त अनिल पांडेय, बिपिन कुमार, नगर प्रबंधक राजीव रंजन तथा अन्य उपस्थित थे। बैठक में सफाई, सड़क पर पड़े सी एंड डी वेस्ट , जुलूस मार्ग पर पानी , शौचालय इत्यादि की उपलब्धता से संबंधित समीक्षा की गई।

नगर आयुक्त शैलेंद्र कुमार लाल ने वार्ड जमादारों को जुलूस मार्ग एवं सभी स्थानों पर युद्ध स्तर पर सफाई कराने का निदेश दिया है।सभी धार्मिक स्थल के पास एवं सरहुल मैदान की सफाई करवाने का निदेश दिया गया है।सड़क पर पड़े सी एंड डी वेस्ट को तत्काल हटाने का निदेश दिया गया है।साथ ही नगर वासियों से अनुरोध है कि अगर उन्होंने सड़क पर ईंट, गिट्टी आदि डंप कर रखा है तो वे स्वयं हटा लें।कल नगर निगम एवं जिला के संयुक्त टीम द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाया जाएगा एवं आर्थिक दंड आरोपित किया जाएगा। नगर आयुक्त हजारीबाग नगर निगम द्वारा पर्व के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या के निस्पादन हेतु QRT टीम गठित किया गया है।जुलूस मार्ग में आवश्कतानुसार चलंत शौचालय उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।हेड जमादार दीपक कुमार को चैती पर्व को देखते हुए , निगम क्षेत्रान्तर्गत अवस्थित तालाब, नदियों को छठ व्रतियों के लिए पूर्णरूप से सफाई कराने का निदेश दिया गया।जुलूस मार्ग में आवश्यकतानुसार पानी का टैंकर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा ।इसके अनुपालनार्थ अरुण बावरी एवं दीपक कुमार को निदेश दिया गया।साथ ही जुलूस मार्ग में अवस्थित स्ट्रीट लाइट एवं एल ई डी लाइट को आज रात से ही जलाकर जांच करने एवं खराब लाइट को तुरंत मरममती एवं बदलने का निदेश कनीय अभियंता विद्युत राजकुमार रजवार को निदेश दिया।
