गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत डुमरी थाना स्थित नवागाई शाखा नहर डुमरी के समक्ष , चैनपुर थाना स्थित डिपाडीह जनावल ग्राम निवासी 45 वर्षीय लिविंग तिर्की पैदल अपने रिश्तेदार के घर नवागाई ग्राम मेहमानी जा रहा था , इसी क्रम में नवागाई शाखा नहर डुमरी के समक्ष एक अज्ञात बाइक सवार ने पिछे से सीधे-सीधे जोरदार टक्कर मारकर भागने में सफल रहा, और उक्त घटनास्थल सुनसान निर्जन स्थान में होने के कारण और समय पर लिविंग तिर्की का इलाज नहीं होने के कारण , लिविंग तिर्की की घटनास्थल पर ही दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, बाद में परिजनों को जब उक्त दुर्घटना की सूचना मिलने पर उसके परिवार और परिजनों ने उसे घटनास्थल से उठाकर आनन फानन में इलाज के लिये रविवार के देर रात्रि में गुमला सदर अस्पताल लेकर आयें , लेकिन तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी थी, सदर अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने जांचोपरांत उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया, सोमवार को उक्त घटना की जानकारी गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस को दी गई उक्त सूचना मिलते ही गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें एस.आई. विनय कुमार महतो गुमला सदर अस्पताल में पहुंचकर उक्त शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम हेतु गुमला सदर अस्पताल परिसर स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भेजवाया गया जहां पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं।
