चोरी का हाईवा जब्त, छः आरोपी गिरफ्तार

बड़कागांव थानान्तर्गत 14 माईल बरवाडीह के पास अज्ञात अपराध कर्मियों के द्वारा एक हाईवा ट्रक जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर- JH 02 AY 9338 है, को चोरी कर लिया गया था। इस संदर्भ में वादी संतोष कुमार यादव, पिता नागो गोप, सा०-गोसाई बलिया, थाना-बड़कागांव, जिला-हजारीबाग के लिखित आवेदन के आधार पर बड़कागांव थाना काण्ड सं0-79/2024. दिनांक-28.03.2024, धारा-379 भा०५०वि० के अन्तर्गत कांड दर्ज किया गया। काण्ड के अनुसंधान के कम पुलिस अधीक्षक, हजारीबाग को मिली गुप्त सूचना के अधार पर पुलिस अधीक्षक, हजारीबाग द्वारा अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, बड़कागांव के नेतृत्व में थाना प्रभारी बड़कागांव, बड़कागांव थाना रिजर्व गार्ड एवं विशेष छापामारी टीम का गठन किया गया। उक्त टीम के द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुये अभियुक्त

1. बिनय कुमार पासवान, पिता परमेश्वर पासवान, थाना-पदमा ओ०पी०, जिला-हजारीबाग

2. श्रवन कुमार, पिता-मिनेश्वर पासवान, सा०-जरगा, थाना-दारू, जिला-हजारीबाग,

3. विकास कुमार, पिता-शिबु महतो, ग्राम-झरपो, थाना-टाटीझरिया, जिला-हजारीबाग

(4) संतोष महतो, पिता-गुरुदयाल महतो. सा०-जरगा, थाना दारू, जिला-हजारीबाग

(5) बिनय कुमार राणा, पिता-निरंजन राणा, ग्राम-केन्दीनगर, थाना-राजपुर, जिला-चतरा को कोर्रा थाना के हुरहुरू पतरातु गैरेज से चोरी गई हाईबा ट्रक सहित गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों के स्वीकारोक्ति बयान के आधार पर इस काण्ड के मुख्य अभियुक्त मो० रफीक अंसारी, पिता-उसमान अंसारी, जो पलामू जिला के हरिहरगंज थाना अन्तर्गत ग्राम चेपटवार में एक गैरेज चलाता है, को गिरफ्तार किया गया। पूछताछ के दौरान इन सभी ने अपने स्वीकारोक्ति बयान में बताया है कि ये लोग झारखण्ड, बिहार तथा उडीसा एवं छतीसगढ़ आदि राज्यों में वाहनों चोरी कर दूसरे राज्यों में ले जाकर बेच देते है। ये सभी अपराधकर्मी अन्तराज्जीय गिरोह से सम्बद्ध है।
