चुनावी तैयारियों को लेकर उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षात्मक बैठक , दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला : आज शुक्रवार को जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में चुनाव की तैयारियों के निमित विभिन्न कोषांगों की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में संबंधित कोषांगों के वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें। इस दौरान सर्व प्रथम उन्होंने निर्वाचन कोषांग अंर्तगत होने वाले खर्चों / व्यय से संबंधित एक्सपेक्टेड एस्टीमेटेड रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा की, जिसमें उन्होंने बिंदुवार सभी चीजों पर होने वाले खर्चों से संबंधित जानकारी लेते हुए आवश्यक संशोधन करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सभी एफएसट एवं एसएसटी में वीडियो ग्राफी कराने का भी निर्देश दिया। उपायुक्त ने वोटर अवेयरनेस गाइडलाइन, कम्युनिकेशन प्लान, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन प्लान, कस्टमर केयर आदि से संबंधित विषयों पर भी चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदान केंद्र, यूथ मतदान केंद्र जैसे यूनिक मतदान केंद्रों का भी गठन करने को कहा।

इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने इलेक्ट्रानिक ट्रांसमिटेड पोस्टल बैलेट सिस्टम (ईटीपीबीएस) से संबंधित समीक्षा की। इस बार चुनाव आयोग से प्राप्त गाइडलाइन के अनुसार वैसे लोग जो चुनावी कार्यों में लगे हैं तथा इस वजह से वे अपना मतदान देने अपने केंद्र में नहीं जा सकते हैं के लिए भी पोस्टल बैलेट से मतदान देने की सुविधा प्रदान की जा रही है , जिसमें चुनावी कार्यों से जुड़े कर्मचारी, पत्रकार, ट्रैफिक पुलिस आदि वैसे मतदाता पोस्टल बैलेट का उपयोग करके अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग कर सकते है, जिसके लिए उन्हें फॉर्म 12 डी भरने की आवश्यकता होगी। इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त ने अब तक प्राप्त हुए फॉर्म 12डी के आवेदनों की रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा की।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने 15 अप्रैल को होने वाले ईवीएम/वीवीपीएटी के फर्स्ट रेंडमाइजेशन से सम्बन्धित तैयारियों को भी पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके आलावा उन्होंने अन्य कई महत्वपूर्ण बातों पर चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया।
