उपायुक्त नैंसी सहाय एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक अरविंद कुमार सिंह की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को एसपी आवासीय परिसर में रामनवमी त्योहार को लेकर विभिन्न अखाड़ा समिति के सचिव व सदस्यों के साथ प्रशासनिक बैठक की

बैठक मे उपायुक्त ने उपस्थित अखाड़ा सदस्यों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि गत वर्ष सभी आखाड़ो के सदस्यों ने प्रशासन से बेहतर सहयोग व समन्वय के साथ रामनवमी पर्व को संपन्न कराया था। इस बार भी रामनवमी को लेकर लोगों के बीच हर्षोल्लास देखी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 को लेकर जिला में आदर्श आचार संहिता प्रभावी है इसलिए कोई भी ऐसा कार्य न करे जिससे आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन हो।

उपायुक्त ने हर पर्व को सौहार्दपूर्ण एवं हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी समुदाय के लोग आपसी भाईचारा के दायरे में रहकर शांतिपूर्ण रूप से जिला प्रशासन व पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ सहयोग करते हुए त्योहार को मनाए। हजारीबाग की प्रसिद्ध रामनवमी के जुलूस निकालने के प्रशासनिक तैयारियों को उपायुक्त ने विस्तृत रुप से बताया। उन्होंने कहा गर्मी को देखते हुए जुलूस मार्गों पर पानी की व्यवस्था कराई जा रही है, वहीँ निःशुल्क शौचालय संचालित रहेंगे। महिलाओं के लिए भी अस्थाई शौचालय संचालित रहेंगे।

वहीं अस्थाई मेडिकल केन्द्र लगाए जा रहे है। सभी सुविधाएं 24×7 रामनवमी जुलुस के दौरान आमजनों के लिए उपलब्ध रहेगें। सभी अखाड़ों की नंबरिंग थानावार की जाएगी उसी क्रम में जुलूस को पास कराया जाएगा। जुलूस के सुगम संचालन के लिए जगह जगह पर मजबूत बैरिकेडिंग/ड्रॉप गेट लगाए जा रहे हैं,साथ ही हर गतिविधियों पर सीसीटीवी/ड्रोन कैमरे से निगरानी रखी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पूजा समिति अपनी परंपरागत विधि-विधान से पूजा मनाएं लेकिन दूसरे की भावनाएं आहत ना हो इस बात का विशेष ख्याल रखें।

उन्होंने बल देते हुए कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार के डीजे के बजाने पर रोक है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने शहर और जिला की गरिमा को बरकरार रखना आप की भी महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेवारी है। इसी क्रम में पुलिस अधीक्षक ने भी पूजा समितियों के सदस्यों को संबोधित किया उन्होंने कहा कि सभी समुदाय के धार्मिक भावनाओं का ध्यान रखे,निर्धारित रूट पर अखाड़ा जुलूस निकाले। प्रशासन के निर्देशों के अनुपालन करें एवं जिम्मेवारी के साथ अखाड़ा समिति के सदस्य जुलूस के सुगम संचालन के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन का सहयोग करें। उन्होंने कहा कि संवेदनशील इलाकों में पुलिस बल और दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्त किए जायेंगे।

उन्होंने बल देते हुए कहा कि कई मामलों में अखाड़े आपस में छोटे- मोटे कारणों से विवाद पर उतारू हो जाते हैं ऐसे मामलों पर प्रशासन सख्ती के साथ कारवाई करेगा। जुलूस मार्गो के सड़क किनारे रखे भवन निर्माण की सामग्री यथा ईट,पत्थर, बालू,गिट्टी आदि को यथाशीघ्र हटाने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने कहा सभी प्रमुख मार्गों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा व ड्रोन कैमरा से निगरानी रखी जा रही है। किसी भी प्रकार की सूचना व जानकारी के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन एवं जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष 24×7 उपलब्ध है। सोशल मीडिया के अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें।

बैठक में विभिन्न पूजा समिति के सदस्यों ने जिला प्रशासन बिजली के झूलते तारों,पानी,प्रकाश की व्यवस्था आदि को दुरुस्त करने का अनुरोध किया। अंत में उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सभी अखाड़ा समितियों के सदस्यों को शुभकामनाएं दी तथा रामनवमी को शांतिपूर्ण एवं जिला प्रशासन के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुरूप मनाने की अपील की।
