गिरिडीह में रामनवमी के मद्देनजर जिला प्रशासन तैयार, शहर में हुआ फ्लैग मार्च, कल निकलेगा अखाड़ा जुलूस, डीसी-एसपी ने शांति समिति की बैठक में जारी किया संयुक्त आदेश

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन) : झारखण्ड में गिरिडीह जिले की रामनवमी राज्य के उन गिने-चुने जिलों में शुमार है, जहां सनातनियों के अराध्य मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम श्रीराम की जयंती रामनवमी उत्सव श्रृद्धा और भक्ति भाव के साथ मनायी जाती है. इसका इतिहास आजादी के पूर्व के दशकों पुराना रहा है। इस वर्ष अयोध्या में श्रीरामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा हो जाने के पश्चात लोगों में अराध्य की जन्म जयंती को लेकर काफी उत्साह है। देशभर में इस वर्ष 17 अप्रैल यानी बुधवार को रामनवमी मनायी जायेगी। गिरिडीह जिले में रामनवमी के मौके पर अखाड़ा-जुलूस अहले सुबह एवं शाम में निकाली जाती है। परम्परा के अनुसार जिला मुख्यालय के आसपास के क्षेत्रों से 50 से अधिक अखाड़ा-जुलूस महाबीरी झंडों के साथ निकाले जाते हैं। इसका समागम मुख्य बड़ा चौक में होता है। बड़ा चौक पर विश्व हिन्दू परिषद-बजरंग दल द्वारा अखाडा उस्तादों एवं गण्य माण्य लोगों को सम्मानित किया जाता है। इस दौरान ऐतिहासिक, सामाजिक एवं धार्मिक कथाओं पर आधारित आकर्षक झाकियां निकाली जाती है। इस समय हर कोई भगवान राम और महावीर हनुमान के नाम का झंडा लेने में जुटा हुआ है। पूरा जिला राममय है। शहर से लेकर ग्रामीण इलाकों के चौक-चौराहे महाबीरी झंडों से पटे हैं। मंदिरों को विशेष तौर पर सजाया-संवारा गया है। अखाड़ा कमिटयों की ओर से भव्य शोभायात्रा निकाली जाती है। गिरिडीह शहर में स्थित प्राचीन महाबीर कुटिया मंदिर, बड़ा चौक राम जनकी मंदिर, संकटमोचन मंदिर, बरवाडीह हनुमान गढ़, बरगंडा विश्वनाथ मंदिर, अरगाघाट विशालकाय हनुमान मंदिर, टावर चौक हनुमान मंदिर समेत अन्य मंदिरों को फूलो से सजाया गया है। अखाडा कमेटियों के प्रमुखों के मुताबिक शांतिपूर्ण व भव्य रामनवमी की सारी तैयारिया पूर्ण हो गई है। बुधवार को अहले सुबह शाम में भव्य शोभायात्रा निकाली जायेगी।

शांति समिति की बैठक में अफवाहों पर ध्यान नही देने की अपील 

गिरिडीह जिले में रामनवमी पर्व को लेकर उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा व पुलिस अधीक्षक दीपक शर्मा ने सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में आदर्श मर्यादा श्रीराम की जन्म उत्सव मनाये जाने को लेकर संयुक्त आदेश जारी किया है। मंगलवार को जिला समाहरणालय में शांति समिति की बैठक हुई. बैठक में डीसी, एसपी, एसडीएम विशालदीप खलको समेत अन्य अधिकारी व शांति समिति के सदस्यगण मौजूद थे। शहर में फ्लेलेग मार्च भी निकाला गया। इससे पहले सोमवार को जारी हुए आदेश के अनुसार त्यौहार एवं अन्य जुलूसों में लाउडस्पीकर, डीजे एवं अन्य ध्वनि विस्तारकों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता हैं। कई बार डीजे एवं भड़काऊ गीतों से विधि-व्यवस्था की समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है। जिसके कारण झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा रात्रि 10:00 बजे से प्रातः 6:00 बजे तक ध्वनि विस्तारकों के इस्तेमाल पर पूर्णतः प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है। साथ ही डीजे एवं उच्च डेसिबल के ध्वनि विस्तारकों का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना है।

अखाड़ा, जुलूस एवं अन्य आयोजनों में डीजे का प्रयोग नहीं करने का निर्देश 

संयुक्त आदेश में स्पष्ट है कि अखाड़ा, जुलूस एवं अन्य आयोजनों में डीजे का प्रयोग नहीं किया जाय। बताया गया कि उक्त आदेश के संदर्भ में उपायुक्त व पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा सभी अनुमण्डल दण्डाधिकारी, अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी, पुलिस निरीक्षक एवं थाना प्रभारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में उक्त आदेशों का अनुपालन करवाएंगें। साथ ही अपने क्षेत्र अतंगर्त जुलूस, अखाड़ा, महावीर एवं अन्य समितियों / आयोजकों से उक्त आशय का शपथ पत्र प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। साथ ही लोगो से अपील की गई है कि अफवाहों पर ध्यान नही देना है। सोशल मीडिया में आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट करने और कराने से बचना है।
