पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा जल जीवन मिशन की समीक्षा बैठक उपायुक्त नैंसी सहाय की अध्यक्षता में हुई।
सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में हुई समीक्षा बैठक में उपायुक्त ने हर घर जल, चापानलो की अद्यतन स्थिति, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल हजारीबाग अंतर्गत साधारण मरम्मती कर चालू किए गए ड्रिल्ड नलकूपों की स्थिति, विद्यालयों और आंगनवाडी केंद्रों में पानी की आपूर्ति की स्थिति, जिला योजना अनाबद्ध निधि द्वारा डीप बोरिंग का निर्माण कार्य की स्थिति आदि की समीक्षा की।

उपायुक्त ने नल जल योजना व अन्य पेयजल संबंधी योजना के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिए माह वार, प्रखंड वार तथा ग्राम वार माइक्रो प्लान के साथ कार्ययोजना बनाकर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।
कार्यपालक अभियंता ने बताया की 344632 घरों को नल जल योजना से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित है जिसके विरुद्ध 58.88 प्रतिशत घरों में नल का कनेक्शन किया जा चुका है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने नल जल योजना के द्वारा पेयजल आपूर्ति की नियमित निगरानी रखने को कहा तथा शेष छूटे घरों में कनेक्शन कार्य में गति लाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी और कॉन्ट्रैक्टर बेहतर कार्ययोजना बनाकर बैठक करें। गर्मी के मद्देनजर खराब पड़े चापानलों के मरम्मती कार्य में ढुलमूल रवैया न रखें उन्होंने कहा छोटे मोटे मरम्मती कार्य मुखिया 14वें वित्त के माध्यम से भी करा सकते है। कार्यपालक अभियंता ने बताया कि 01.03.24 से 09.06.24 तक कुल 1900 चापानलों को मरम्मती कर क्रियाशील किया गया है।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि रोजाना दैनिक अखबार में पेयजल से संबंधित खबरें प्रकाशित होती है,इसके लिए किसी आदेश का इंतजार न करें बल्कि खुद संवेदनशील होकर तत्परता से तत्संबंधी शिकायत या समस्या का निराकरण करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें। पेयजल समस्या के निराकरण के लिए ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायतों पर संज्ञान लेकर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

प्रत्येक पंचायतों में लगेंगे ट्यूबबेल

कार्यपालक अभियंता ने बताया कि पेयजल समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए प्रत्येक पंचायतों में दस दस ट्यूबबेल लगाए जायेंगे। उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयों एवं आंगनवाडी केंद्रों में भी पाइप वाटर सप्लाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल हजारीबाग के स्तर पर नियंत्रण कक्ष का गठन किया गया है जिसका दूरभाष संख्या 06546 262291 है इस नंबर पर संपर्क कर पेयजल से संबंधित शिकायत दर्ज कराई जा सकती हैं।
इस बैठक में उपायुक्त ने पेयजल से संबंधित कार्यों को गंभीरता से लेने को कहा तथा प्रखंड पर सभी संबंधितों को क्रियाशील रहकर कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक प्रशिक्षु आईएएस लोकेश बरंगे मौजूद थे।
