पीडीएस के शिष्टमंडल ने मंत्री से मुलाकात कर ज्ञापन सौंपा, सभी जायज मांगों पर शीघ्र विचार होगा : बन्ना गुप्ता

रांची/गिरिडीह : मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में कोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के बाद सतारूढ़ झारखण्ड मुक्ति मोर्चा के सर्वमान्य नेता हेमंत सोरेन ने फिर से राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री की कमान संभाल लिया है। अब जबकि राज्य विस चुनाव में महज कुछ माह रह गये है। ऐसे में हेमंत सोरेन सरकार राज्यव्यापी समावेशी विकास को लेकर संजीदा पहल कर रही है। विभागीय मंत्री भी जनसाधारण की समस्याओं को लेकर अत्यंत गंभीर है। इसके फलस्वरूप लोग अपनी परेशानियों को लेकर संबधित मत्रियों से मुलाकात कर रहे है। इसी कड़ी में शुक्रवार को झारखंड पीडीएस संघ के चार सदस्यीय शिष्टमंडल ने कांग्रेस के वरीय नेता सतीश केडिया के नेतृत्व में खाद्य सार्वजनिक वितरण एवं उपभोक्ता मामलों के मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता से रांची आवास में मुलाकात कर उन्हें बधाई दी एवं प्रदेश के 25 हजार पीडीएस संचालकों की जरूरी समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। इस दौरान संघ के प्रदेश महासचिव संजय कुंडू, वरीय उपाध्यक्ष सुरेश प्रसाद, प्रदेश सचिव राजेश बंशल ने मंत्री के समक्ष डीलरों की परेशानियों को रखते हुए कई मांगें रखी। जिसमें पूर्व की भांति अनुकंपा पर बहाली करना, सरकार द्वारा किये गये वायदे के अनुरूप 50 पैसे किलोग्राम की अतिरिक्त वृद्धि करना, राज्य भर में सरवर की समस्या को शीघ्र समाप्त कर 4G ई पॉश मशीन की टेंडर प्रक्रिया शुरू करना, 4G व्यवस्था चालू नहीं हो जाये, तब तक स्केल को ई-पॉश से हटाना समेत अन्य मांगें शामिल थी.

शिष्टमंडल में संघ के नेता गोपाल साहु भी शामिल थे

संघ के नेता ने कहा कि माप-तौल मशीन के आपूर्तिकर्ता ने काफी निम्नस्तर की मशीन डीलरों को दी है, जिसके कारण आए दिन राज्य भर के डीलर मशीन खराबी को लेकर परेशान रहते हैं इससे वितरण प्रभावित होता है। इसके अलावा ई पॉश में काफी वृद्ध लाभुकों का अंगूठा नहीं लेने के कारण उन्हें समय पर राशन नहीं मिल पाता है इसके लिए भी वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध विभागीय मंत्री से किया। इस बाबत मंत्री ने शिष्टमंडल को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि आपके स्तर से रखी गई मांगें जायज व व्यावहारिक लगती है। विभाग इन मांगों पर गंभीरता से विचार करेगा. साथ ही 50 पैसे की अतिरिक्त वृद्धि समय सीमा के भीतर हो सके, इसकी पूरी कोशिश करेंगे। शिष्टमंडल में संघ के नेता गोपाल साहु भी शामिल थे। गौरतलब है कि पूर्व में खाद्य, सार्वजनिक वितरण एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की जिम्मेदारी डॉ. रामेश्वर उरांव के पास थी. लेकिन हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व में दोबारा कैबिनेट विस्तार के दौरान कांग्रेस ने यह विभाग स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता को दे दिया गया.
