सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला, कहा-पिछले दस सालों में केंद्र सरकार ने एचईसी के बदतर हालात पर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया

सीएम ने पीजीटी शिक्षक नियुक्त पत्र वितरण समारोह में कहा-20 हजार से ज्यादा नियुक्ति हमने पहले ही दे दी है…संगठित-असंगठित क्षेत्रों में 60 हजार नियुक्तियां दी गईं 

रांची : सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने झारखंड में स्थित सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों के बदतर हालात पर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार एचईसी को लेकर कभी गंभीर नहीं रही है. अगर राज्य सरकार एचईसी के हवाले कर दे तो, जिस तरह से कभी 32 हजार लोग काम करते थे, उतने लोग फिर से रोजगार करते दिखेंगे। सीएम ने कहा कि सारे एयरपोर्ट बिक गये, रेल और बंदरगाह बिक गये। सीएम शुक्रवार को पीजीटी शिक्षक नियुक्त पत्र वितरण समारोह में बोल रहे थे. उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि केंद्र हमें एचईसी सौंप दे तो, राज्य सरकार इसे संवारने का काम करेगी. उन्होंने कहा कि एचईसी वो उद्योग है जिसे उद्योगों की जननी कहा जाता है। लेकिन पिछले दस सालों से मोदी सरकार ने इसपर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया. पिछले कई सालों से कर्मचारियों को कभी सैलरी समय पर नहीं मिलता. इसे बचाने का काम राज्य सरकार का नहीं है, बल्कि केंद्र सरकार का है, लेकिन उद्योग मंत्रालय को इसकी जरा भी चिंता नहीं है.

‘आदिवासी समुदाय विपक्ष के षडयंत्र को समझने में पिछड़ जाते हैं’

इससे पूर्व सीएम ने शिक्षकों को नियुक्ति पत्र बांटने के बाद कहा कि आपलोग काफी उम्मीदों के साथ लंबे समय से इस दिन का इंतजार कर रहे थे। आखिरकार यह महत्वपूर्ण दिन आपके लिए और सरकार आयी। यह दिन इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि आज शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति हुई है। वैसे तो हमने हजारों नियुक्ति दी है। 20 हजार से ज्यादा नियुक्ति हमने पहले ही दे दी है. अलग-अलग आयोजनों के जरिए से संगठित-असंगठित क्षेत्रों में 60 हजार नियुक्तियां दी गई हैं। हमने कई ऐसे नौजवानों को नियुक्ति पत्र दिया है जो, आज विदेशों में काम कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि 2019 में हमारी सरकार बनी और कोरोना काल आ गया। फिर भी हमलोगों ने हार नहीं मानी। रात दिन हमलोग सजग रहे। झारखंड में हमने पूरे देश को ऑक्सीजन दिया। 2 साल के बाद जीवन सामान्य हुआ तो हमारे विरोधियों ने अपनी हरकतें शुरू कर दी। मुझे आए दिन काम करने से रोकने का प्रयास हुआ। लेकिन हम रुके नहीं क्योंकि मुझे अपने लक्ष्य तक पहुंचना था। लेकिन हमारे विपक्ष इतने सुनियोजित ढंग से घात लगाकर षडयंत्र रचते हैं कि हमलोग जैसे झारखंडी लोग, आदिवासी लोग इनके षडयंत्र को कभी-कभी समझ पाने में पीछे हो जाते हैं। इसका नतीजा यह हुआ कि मुझे 5 महीने जेल में रहना पड़ा। हमें उनसे ना कभी डर लगा था ना कभी लगेगा। हम अपने काम को अंजाम तक कैसे पहुंचाना है ये भी जानते हैं और इनसे लोहा लेना भी जानते हैं।

प्रतुल शाहदेेव ने किया पलटवार,कहा-नियुक्ति पत्र समारोह सिर्फ सीएम के चेहरे को चमकाने के लिए आयोजित किया गया  

हेमंत सोरेन के बयान के बाद भाजपा की ओर से प्रहार किया गया. प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने प्रेसवार्ता कर कहा कि नियुक्तियों के नाम पर झारखंड में द ग्रेट आई वॉश सर्कस शुरू हो गया है। शाहदेव ने कहा कि आज का नियुक्ति पत्र समारोह सिर्फ मुख्यमंत्री के चेहरे को चमकाने के लिए आयोजित किया गया था। प्रतुल ने कहा कि ये सस्ती लोकप्रियता के लिए नौकरी बांटने का दिखावा करने का कार्यक्रम था। इसके जरिए युवाओं को ठगने का कार्य किया गया। प्रतुल ने कहा कि अगर सरकार की नीयत साफ़ रहती तो वह पूर्व सीएम चंपाई सोरेन के कार्यकाल में ही घोषित तिथि के दिन इस समारोह को कर सकती थी।

‘आज तक न स्थानीय नीति बनी ना नियोजन नीति’

उन्होंने कहा कि आज तक न स्थानीय नीति बनी ना नियोजन नीति। सरकार ने विधानसभा में खुद स्वीकार किया है कि पिछले 5 वर्षों में घोषित 25 लाख नियुक्तियों की जगह सिर्फ 11,344 हुई हैं। जिसमें हजारों पंचायत सचिव अभ्यर्थी शामिल हैं, जिन्होंने सरकार के खिलाफ लड़कर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद नियुक्तियां मिल पाई हैं. प्रतुल ने कहा कि पिछले 5 वर्षों में 25 लाख नौकरियां हो जानी चाहिए थीं। प्रतुल ने कहा अभी भी जेएससीसी के द्वारा स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा के अभियुक्त पकड़े जा रहे हैं। कल ही एक और गिरफ्तारी हुई। लेकिन ऐसा क्यों रहा कि पीजीटी परीक्षा की ना जांच हुई ना एसआईटी का गठन हुआ। बस सीधे नियुक्ति पत्र बांट दिया गया।
