गिरिडीह राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में 1772 लम्बित वादों का हुआ निष्पादन: समाज हित में लोक अदालतों का आयोजन न्यायिक पर्व : न्यायाधीश राजेश शंकर

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन): व्यवहार न्यायालय में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार द्वारा शनिवार को  राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का उद्घाटन झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के आंचलिक न्यायाधीश राजेश शंकर ने दीप जलाकर किया। प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार प्रसाद, डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा और कुटुम्ब न्यायालय के प्रधान न्यायाधीश के साथ बार एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्ता मौजूद थे। मौके पर न्यायिक अधिकारी यशवंत प्रकाश, आनन्द प्रकाश, राजेश बग्गा, सीजेएम संदीप गौतम और जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार की सचिव सोनम विश्नोई के साथ सदर एसडीएम श्रीकांत विपुस्ते, उपनगर आयुक्त विशालदीप खलखो, डीएसपी कौसर अली, अंकिता राय समेत कई अधिवक्ता और पक्षकार शामिल हुए।

अब तक कुल 1 हजार 772 पेंडिंग केस निपटाए जा चुके हैं

अपने उद्गार में आंचलिक न्यायाधीश राजेश शंकर ने लोक अदालत को देश और समाजहित में न्यायिक पर्व बताया, और कहा कि लोक अदालत में किसी भी मामले में निष्पादन होने के बाद किसी भी पक्ष को कहीं और सुनवाई का कोई मौका नहीं मिलता। इसलिए सबसे सुविधा के साथ लोक अदालत में कई मामले निपटाए जाते हैं। इसके प्रति लोगों को जागरूक होकर हिस्सा लेना चाहिए, जिससे वक्त पर न्याय मिल सके। इस दौरान आंचलिक न्यायाधीश राजेश शंकर ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत के क्रम में कहा कि गिरिडीह में इस राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के जरिए ही अब तक कुल 1 हजार 772 पेंडिंग केस निपटाए जा चुके हैं। इसमें सिविल वाद से जुड़े 213 केस के साथ एनआई एक्ट से जुड़े 72 मामले और बिजली विभाग से जुड़े 280 केस के साथ मामूली अपराध से जुड़े 1058 केस का निपटारा हुआ है। संभवत: देर शाम तक इसे अधिक आंकड़े जा सकते हैं। कहा कि अब 125 करोड़ 36 लाख वसूली भी की गयी, जिसमें बैंक के साथ अलग-अलग विभागों से जुड़े मामले हैं। आज हुई लोक अदालत को लेकर कुल 10 पीठों का गठन किया गया था।
