बंधु तिर्की ने भाजपाइयों की बयानबाजियों पर उठाए कई सवाल, पूछा-आदिवासियों से लूटी गयी जमीन उन्हें कब और कैसे वापस होगी…?

सरना धर्मकोड और असम के आदिवासियों को एसटी का दर्ज़ा देने पर अमित शाह चुप क्यों? 

रांची : पूर्व मंत्री एवं झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने झारखंड में विचरण कर रहे भाजपा के दो दिग्गजों की बयानबाजियों पर करारा प्रहार किया और कई सवाल उठाए हैं. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि आदिवासियों की जमीन की रक्षा के लिये छोटानागपुर काश्तकारी अधिनियम (सीएनटी एक्ट) और संथाल परगना काश्तकारी अधिनियम (एसपीटी एक्ट) के प्रावधानों की धज्जियां उड़ाते हुए गैर आदिवासियों विशेष रूप से, बिहार एवं उत्तर प्रदेश से आये लोगों ने आदिवासियों से उनकी जमीन को लूटा, जिससे लाखों आदिवासी परिवार विस्थापन एवं पलायन का शिकार हुए. वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि भाजपा नेताओं को यह बताना चाहिये कि आदिवासियों की लूटी गई जमीन के मामले में वे क्या सोचते हैं और उन्हें उनकी जमीन कब और कैसे वापस मिलेगी? श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री जैसे महत्वपूर्ण पद पर बैठे अमित शाह सहित केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान, असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता विस्व सरमा, भाजपा के प्रमुख नेता लक्ष्मीकांत वाजपेई और झारखण्ड बीजेपी के अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी जैसे नेता भी इस गंभीर मुद्दे पर खामोश रहे. उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा नेताओं को अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए आदिवासियों की लूटी जा चुकी ज़मीन को वापस लौटाने के मामले में साफ-साफ बोलना चाहिये कि वे आदिवासियों के साथ हैं या ज़मीन लुटेरों के साथ. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि 2008 में असम में आदिवासियों के साथ हुई गंभीर हिंसा में कई आदिवासी मारे गये तथा हिंसा के शिकार हुए थे.

भाजपा नेताओं की आदिवासी समुदाय के प्रति उनकी मंशा को उजागर करती है

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि सरना धर्म कोड सम्बंधित आदिवासियों की मांग बहुत पुरानी और न्यायोचित है और 2019 में ही अमित शाह ने इसके सन्दर्भ में कदम उठाने की बात कही थी, लेकिन अब भाजपा नेताओं की इस मुद्दे पर ख़ामोशी भी आदिवासियों के प्रति उनकी मंशा को उजागर करती है.कहा है कि झारखण्ड में विशेष रूप से राजधानी रांची सहित शहरी क्षेत्रों में आदिवासियों एवं मूलवासियों से उनकी जमीन लूटी जा रही है और इस मामले में दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी और झारखण्ड के प्रमुख राजनीतिक दल भारतीय जनता पार्टी और इसके नेताओं का खामोश रहना दुर्भाग्य की बात है. कहा कि राजधानी रांची में प्रदेश भाजपा की विस्तृत कार्यसमिति की बैठक में भाजपा नेताओं ने अपनी नीति-रणनीति के अनुसार सभी मुद्दों पर तो बातचीत की लेकिन वह राजधानी रांची सहित धनबाद, जमशेदपुर एवं अन्य शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आदिवासियों से अबतक व्यापक पैमाने पर लूटी गई जमीन के मुद्दे पर एक भी शब्द नहीं बोला जो झारखण्ड के आदिवासियों और मूलवासियों के लिये ख़तरनाक संकेत है.
