Product: Salary Account & Cross sell products .
Role: Sell products, manage customer relationships by regular visits, Increase the market penetration and build.
Reporting Matrix: The role will report to the Team leader
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience in Fintech or Banking Sales.
– Graduation
– Good communication and networking skills
– Having a strong knowledge of local market and business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
– Salary account sourcing from open market .
– Identify employer in open market.
– Plan market size and geography
– Monitor quality parameters and conduct regular market Visits.
– Ensure meeting sales targets
