गिरिडीह डीसी ने पीरटांड़ प्रखंड के विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया और मतदाता सूची का संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रमों के कार्यों की समीक्षा भी की

गिरिडीह : जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने 32 गिरिडीह विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पीरटाड़ प्रखंड के विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने मतदाता सूची का द्वितीय विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम-2024 के कार्यों की समीक्षा की तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को जरूरी निर्देश दिए गए। इस दौरान मौके पर सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, पीरटांड़, अंचलाधिकारी पीरटाड़, प्रधान लिपिक, निर्वाचन शाखा समेत निर्वाचन शाखा के अधिकारी व कर्मी उपस्थित थे।

डीसी ने हाउस टू हाउस सर्वे कार्यों की समीक्षा की

निरीक्षण के क्रम में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने 32 गिरिडीह विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पीरटाड़ प्रखंड के मतदान केंद्र संख्या 288 कर्णपुरा ईस्ट, 289 कर्णपुरा वेस्ट का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान बीएलओ/बीएलओ सुपरवाइजर के द्वारा किए जा रहे हाउस टू हाउस सर्वे कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही निर्वाचन कार्य से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों को मतदाता सूची में नाम निबंधन, विलोपन एवं संशोधन हेतु प्रपत्र 6, 6क, 7 एवं 8 में प्राप्त दावा/आपत्ति संबंधी प्रपत्रों के निष्पादन की गति को बढ़ाते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग के गाइडलाइन के अनुरूप निष्पादन का निर्श दिया गया।

मतदाताओं के नाम विलोपन पर विशेष ध्यान रखने का डीसी ने दिया निर्देश 

उन्होंने संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम संबंधी गतिविधियों एवं अबतक किये गये कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए मतदाताओं द्वारा प्राप्त आवेदनों का समयबद्धता के साथ निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने मतदाता सूची के अद्यतनीकरण, घर-घर सत्यापन, पुराने लेमिनेटेड/ब्लैक एंड ह्वाइट मतदाता पहचान पत्र के नवीनीकरण, मतदान केन्द्रों पर आवश्यक न्यूनतम सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित कराने पर विशेष बल दिया। वहीं मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने, नाम हटाने एवं त्रुटियों को सुधारने संबंधी कार्रवाई ससमय पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने मतदाता सूची में मतदाताओं का नाम विलोपन पर विशेष ध्यान रखने का भी निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कोई भी पात्र नागरिक का नाम मतदाता सूची में जुड़ने से वंचित न रहे, इसके लिए सभी पदाधिकारी को समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही सभी मतदाताओं का फोटोयुक्त रंगीन मतदाता पहचान पत्र निर्गत किये जाने की दिशा में कार्य करें।
