स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति आवास में तथा विश्वविद्यालय के विनोदिनी पार्क में झंडोत्तोलन कार्यक्रम को लेकर आज एक समीक्षात्मक बैठक कुलपति सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता कुलपति श्रीमती सुमन कैथरीन किसपोट्टा ने किया। आयोजन को लेकर गठित अलग-अलग समिति के संयोजकों ने अपने-अपने समिति का प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। कुलपति ने आवश्यकता अनुसार दिशा निर्देश दिए। प्रस्ताव लिया गया की अवकाश प्राप्त शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर साथियों का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा। वर्षा को देखते हुए आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को सुनिश्चित किया गया। चलाएमान झांकी एवं समूह गान को स्तरीय बनाने के निर्णय की पुनरावृत्ति की गई। बताया गया कि प्रत्येक वर्ष की भांति कुमार टोली पारनाल स्थित सरस्वती शिशु-विद्या मंदिर के घोष दल को आमंत्रित किया गया है। बैठक का संचालन करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र कल्याण संकायअध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर (डॉ) मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह ने बताया की स्थानीय चारों महाविद्यालयों को एनसीसी की टोलियों को भेजने के लिए कहा गया है। सभी को बस की सेवा भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। सभी महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य सुनिश्चित करेंगे की एनसीसी की टुकड़िया समय पर विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में उपस्थित हो। समूह गान एवं झांकी प्रतियोगिता के निर्णय प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में विश्वविद्यालय के वित्त परामर्शी श्री सुनील कुमार सिंह, सीसीडीसी डॉ किशोर कुमार गुप्ता, कुलसचिव डॉ मोहम्मद मोख्तार आलम, विभिन्न विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष, वित्त पदाधिकारी प्रोफेसर सुरेंद्र कुशवाहा एवं संयोजक शिक्षकगण उपस्थित थे।
