78वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर गिरिडीह के झंडा मैदान में आयोजित मुख्य समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने ध्वजारोहण किया एवं राष्ट्रध्वज को सलामी दी

गिरिडीह : 78वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर गुरुवार को झंडा मैदान में आयोजित मुख्य समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने ध्वजारोहण किया एवं राष्ट्रध्वज को सलामी दी। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस मंच से हम उन तमाम स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं, जिनके प्राणों की आहूति से हमें, आज ही के दिन 15 अगस्त, 1947 को अग्रेजों से आजादी मिली थी। आजाद भारत के सपने को साकार करने के लिए हम उन महापुरुषों को हृदय से नमन करते हैं, जिनके अथक संघर्ष एवं बलिदान से इस महान राष्ट्र का निर्माण हुआ है। आज भारत दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र है। यहां 18 वर्ष से ऊपर की आयु के सभी नागरिकों को समान रूप से वोट देने का अधिकार है। आप सभी से अपील है कि सब लोग इस लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में अपना बहुमूल्य योगदान दें।

‘गिरिडीह की धरती विश्व पटल पर अपनी एक अलग पहचान रखती है’

डीसी ने कहा कि गिरिडीह की जिस पावन धरती पर हम सब मौजूद हैं, वह ज्ञान और तपस्या की धरती रही है। खनिजों से परिपूर्ण, वन क्षेत्रों से आच्छादित, यह धरती विश्व पटल पर अपनी एक अलग पहचान रखती है। आज इस महत्वपूर्ण दिवस पर समस्त जिलावासी व्यक्तिगत और सामुदायिक स्तर पर जलवायु परिवर्तन के दुष्प्रभावों का मुकाबला करने एवं सतत् विकास के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने का प्रण लेते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि गिरिडीह जिले में सभी पर्व-त्यौहार एवं सामाजिक कार्यक्रम सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में सम्पन्न हुए हैं। जब जनता और सरकारी तंत्र मिलकर काम करेंगे तो, लोकतंत्र और ज्यादा मजबूत होगा और देश विकसित होगा।

बीते कई वर्ष गिरिडीह उपलब्धियों से भरा रहा है

डीसी ने कहा कि बीते कई वर्ष गिरिडीह जिले के लिए उपलब्धियों का वर्ष रहा है। गिरिडीह जिला प्रशासन, सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ, समाज के अंतिम पायदान तक पहुंचाने के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। जिसमें कई विभाग एवं उनकी योजनाएं शामिल हैं, जैसे कि जन वितरण प्रणाली, शिक्षा का अधिकार, ग्रामीण विकास-मनरेगा-आवास एवं स्वास्थ्य प्रक्षेत्र से जुड़ी योजनाएं, समाज के कमजोर वर्गों के लिए कल्याणकारी योजनाएं, महिलाओं, बच्चों, दिव्यांगजनों, वृद्धजनों एवं Third Gender के लिए सामाजिक सुरक्षा की योजनाएं, पर्यटन, कला-संस्कृति एवं खेल-कूद, कृषि पशुपालन एवं सम्बद्ध प्रक्षेत्र की योजनाएं शामिल हैं. हमें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि शांति एवं एकता के माहौल में हम गिरिडीह के विकास को शिखर तक पहुंचाने का संयुक्त प्रयास करते रहेंगे। उपलब्ध संसाधनों में हम बेहतर प्रयास कर अधिक से अधिक प्रगति कर सकें, साथ ही देश तथा समाज को और बेहतर बना सकें, यही हमारा लक्ष्य है। एक बार मैं पुनः अपनी ओर से एवं जिला प्रशासन की ओर से आप सभी गिरिडीह वासियों को स्वतंत्रता दिवस की शुभकामनायें देता हूं।

विभिन्न सरकारी कार्यालयों में भी ध्वजारोहण किया गया

स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर जिला मुख्यालय समेत विभिन्न कार्यालयों/अनुमंडल कार्यालयों/प्रखंड कार्यालयों में ध्वजारोहण किया गया. 77वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के पावन अवसर पर जिला मुख्यालय/समाहरणालय परिसर/समेत विभिन्न कार्यालयों/अनुमंडल कार्यालयों/प्रखंड कार्यालयों में ध्वजारोहण किया गया। सर्वप्रथम उपायुक्त, श्री नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा के द्वारा अपने आवासीय कार्यालय में ध्वजारोहण किया गया। तत्पश्चात झंडा मैदान और समाहरणालय परिसर में ध्वजारोहण किया गया। इसके अलावा अनुमंडल कार्यालय में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, नगर निगम में उप नगर आयुक्त, पुलिस लाइन में पुलिस अधीक्षक समेत जिला मुख्यालय के सभी कार्यालयों/अनुमंडल कार्यालय एवं प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालयों/पंचायत व अन्य सरकारी व गैर सरकारी कार्यालयों में ध्वजारोहण किया गया।स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर गिरिडीह के झंडा मैदान में उपस्थित जिले के समस्त नागरिकों, न्यायिक, पुलिस एवं प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न कार्यालयों में कार्यरत पदाधिकारी/कर्मचारीगण, विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राएं, मंच पर उपस्थित सभी गणमान्य व्यक्ति, जिले के सभी जनप्रतिनिधि एवं प्रेस मीडिया के बंधु उपस्थित थे.
