गिरिडीह डीसी ने मंईया सम्मान योजना के क्रियान्वयन में लगे कर्मियों को पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ काम करने का निर्देश दिया

डीसी ने प्रखंडवार प्राप्त आवेदनों की समीक्षा की, अधिकारियों और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर्स से अद्यतन जानकारी प्राप्त की

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मंईया सम्मान योजना (JMMSY) के सफल क्रियान्वयन व संचालन को लेकर सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर्स के साथ बैठक हुई. बैठक में उपायुक्त ने JMMSY योजना के तहत प्राप्त आवेदनों, आवेदनों की पोर्टल पर डाटा एंट्री, योजना की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा इस संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। डीसी ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि लाभुकों को इसमें अगर कोई अड़चन बने तो उस पर कार्रवाई करें। नि:शुल्क फार्म के बदले कोई पैसा मांगता है तो, त्वरित कार्रवाई करें। डीसी ने प्रखंडवार प्राप्त आवेदनों की समीक्षा की तथा उचित दिशा निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी भी आवेदन लेने की प्रक्रिया में त्रुटियां आ रही हैं, जिसे दूर करने की जरूरत है, ताकि इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदन देने से कोई भी महिला वंचित न रहे।

डीसी ने कर्मियों का शिफ्ट बनाकर कार्य संपादित करने का दिया निर्देश

डीसी ने कहा कि 18 अगस्त को (JMMSY) के लिए महिलाओं से आवेदन लेने के लिए विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया जायेगा।डीसी ने इस योजना से लक्षित लाभुकों को जोड़ते हुए प्रक्रिया में गति लाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही इस योजना के क्रियान्वयन में लगे कर्मियों को पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करने को कहा। उन्होंने इस कार्य को करने के लिए कर्मियों के कार्यों का शिफ्ट के मुताबिक बंटवारा कर कार्यों को संपादित करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, सहायक निदेशक, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, सीएससी मैनेजर, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर्स आदि अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
