सरयू राय ने मंईंयां योजना की तारीफ की,पर भैया योजना के तहत वादे के मुताबिक बेरोजगारों को बेरोजगारी भत्ता देने की योजना भी बनाए सरकार

मंईयां योजना के लिए सरयू राय ने अपनी तरफ से 20000 फार्म छपवाए थे, उनमें से 7000 स्वीकृत हो गये हैं

रांची : हेमंत सोरेन सरकार की मंईयां योजना को लेकर जहां भाजपाइयों ने मीनमेख निकालना शुरू किया है वहीं जमशेदपुर पूर्वी के विधायक सरयू राय ने इस योजना की प्रशंसा की है. सरयू राय ने शुक्रवार को योजना की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जैसे बहनों-बेटियों के लिए सरकार मंईयां योजना लायी है, वैसे ही राज्य के बेरोजगारों के लिए उन्हें भैया योजना भी लाना चाहिए। क्योंकि हेमंत सोरेन ने वादा किया था कि वह बेरोजगारों को बेरोजगारी भत्ता देंगे। अपने वादे को पूरा करते हुए उन्हें अब भैया योजना शुरू करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि वह चाहेंगे कि इस योजना का लाभ अधिकाधिक बहनों-बेटियों को मिले, जो योजना अच्छी है, उसकी तारीफ करनी चाहिए। सरयू राय ने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने अपनी तरफ से 20000 फार्म छपवाए थे, उनमें से 7000 स्वीकृत हो गये हैं।

हर घर बिजली देने के अभियान पर सरयू का जोर

अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए श्री राय ने पिछले साढ़े चार साल में किए गए कामों की याद दिलाते हुए कहा कि हमलोग मिशन मोड में काम करने में यकीन रखते हैं. उन्होंने केबुल बस्ती के हर घर में बिजली देने के अभियान पर जोर दिया है. जुस्को सभी बस्तियों में साफ-सफाई का काम संभालेगी। अच्छी सड़कों का जाल बिछाया जाना चाहिए। वैसे कई किलोमीटर की सड़कें बन चुकी हैं। कुछ हैं जो बन रही हैं। सभी विभागों से सड़क निर्माण का कार्य हो, इसके लिए हमलोगों ने प्रयास किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब तो शहरों का विस्तार हो रहा है। सवाल उठता है कि जैसे शहरों का विस्तार हो रहा है, वैसी संरचना यहां तैयार हो पायी है? इसके लिए चरणबद्ध योजना चलाकर इसे पूरा करने की जरूरत है.

खनिज रॉयल्टी के मिलनेवाले पैसे का सही उपयोग करे सरकार 

विधायक ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार राज्य सरकार को केंद्र सरकार खनिज रॉयल्टी के रुप में 1.60 लाख करोड़ रुपये देने जा रही है। इतना सारा पैसा सरकार कैसे खर्च करेगी, कहां करेगी? इस संबंध में सत्तापक्ष और विपक्ष को मिलकर कारगर नीति बनानी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि रांची से हमने 162 करोड़ रुपये का स्पेशल फंड जेएनएसी को दिलवाया, लेकिन काम मात्र 62 करोड़ का ही हुआ। जो फंड बचा है, उससे कई और काम होंगे। भुईंयाडीह के लिट्टी चौक से एनएच 33 तक पुल बनने का कार्य शुरू होनेवाला है। सरयू राय चुनाव पूर्व अपने शेष कार्यों में इन दिनों जुटे हुए हैं और उसकी मॉनिटरिंग भी कर रहे हैं.
