पलामू में उत्पाद सिपाही भर्ती की दौड़ में शामिल अबतक तीन अभ्यर्थियों की मौत, कई अब भी बेहोश, अस्पतालों में अव्यवस्था का माहौल

पलामू/गिरिडीह: झारखंड के कई जिलों उत्पाद सिपाही की भर्ती के लिए दौड़ में अब तक तीन अभ्यर्थियों की मौत हो चुकी है व कई अब भी बेहोशी की हालत में अपना इलाज करवा रहे हैं. पलामू में 25 अभ्यर्थी बेहोश हो गए थे। सभी को इलाज के लिए मेदिनीराय मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पीटल में भर्ती करवाया गया था। इसी क्रम में गुरुवार की शाम एक बेहोश अभ्यर्थी की मौत हो गई। पलामू के चियांकी हवाई अड्डा पर भी दौड़ का आयोजन किया गया है। गुरुवार को मृतक अभ्यर्थी कहां का रहनेवाला है, इसकी पहचान नहीं हो पाई है। अधिकतर बेहोश होनेवाले अभ्यर्थी बिहार के गया और छपरा के इलाके के रहनेवाले बताये जाते हैं। एक अभ्यर्थी की याददाश्त भी चली गई है। इससे पहले 22 अगस्त को भी गिरिडीह के सरिया के केशवारी गावं निवासी पिंटू रजक (22) की मौत जादूगोड़ा के स्वासपुर में उत्पाद सिपाही भर्ती के लिए हो रही दौड़ के दौरान हो गई थी। घटना के समय पिंटू करीब 10 किमी की दौड़ लगा चुके थे। इसी बीच सांस फूलने से वह जमीन पर गिर पड़े। उपचार के लिए पिंटू को उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र केंदाडीह ले जाया गया, जहां चिकित्सकों ने प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद एमजीएम रेफर कर दिया। एमजीएम के चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। इसी दिन ही हजारीबाग जिला के महेश महतो भी बेहोश हो गये थे। जिसके बाद उन्हें शेख भिखारी मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया था जहां उनकी हृदयाघात से मौत हो गई थी।

फर्श पर लिटाकर अभ्यर्थियों का चल रहा इलाज

मेदिनीनगर टाउन थाना प्रभारी देवव्रत पोद्दार ने बताया कि मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रबंधन की ओर से पुलिस को सूचना दी गई है कि एक बेहोश अभ्यर्थी की मौत हुई है। मामले में आगे की छानबीन की जा रही है। मेदिनीराय मेडीकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पिटल में बेहोश अभ्यर्थी को जानवरों की तरह फर्श पर लिटा दिया गया था। फर्श पर ही स्लाइन चढ़ाया जा रहा था। कई अभ्यर्थियों को देखनेवाला कोई भी मेडिकल स्टाफ नहीं था। इमरजेंसी वार्ड में रस्सी के सहारे अभ्यर्थी को स्लाइन चढ़ाई जा रही थी। जुगाड़ के सहारे स्लाइन चढ़ाने का हाल पलामू प्रमंडल के सबसे बड़े अस्पताल का था। अभी तक चिकित्सा की समुचित व्यवस्था नहीं किए जाने से लोगों में आक्रोश है.

बीडी प्रसाद ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ धरना-प्रदर्शन करने की चेतावनी दी

झारखंड एकता अधिकार मंंच के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ब्रह्मदेव प्रसाद ने मेदिनीराय मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पीटल में भर्ती बेहोश पड़े अभ्यर्थियों की समुचित इलाज की मांग की है. श्री प्रसाद ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन से अभ्यर्थियों को हर हाल में बचाने को कहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि पलामू जिला प्रशासन को इस मामले गंभीरता बरतनी चाहिए. बेहोश अभ्यर्थियों को जानवरों की तरह फर्श पर लिटा कर इलाज करना मानवता को शर्मसार करने का काम है. उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने अगर इस ओर अविलंब ध्यान नहीं दिया तो, ओबीसी एकता अधिकार मंच अस्पताल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ धरना-प्रदर्शन के लिए बाध्य हो जाएगा.
